MEETING AN OLD FRIEND

Robin looking at Patrick in front of him drifted into the past. To the memories, he had back on Earth with him.

It was the time after he had his revenge on the evil cult that caused the death of his parents. His master called him for an assassination mission. It was one of the top business tycoons of Earth.

At that time in a secret hideout, he met up with this guy with the code name, Big Dick, and the other guy code name Gentleman. The gentleman was the person, that suggested him to watch movies on his boring days.

His code name is Hood.

These guys could be called his old friends. They have completed several missions together. And that day was the same, Big Dick did the surveillance, Gentleman did the hacking process while Robin drew the sketch. The sketch is the code word used for the plan of assassination. The sketch is drawn with the help of the elements gather by the surveillance information and hacking of the building cameras, and blinding the security.

But that mission didn't go the way it was expected to be, due to Robin's mistake or to say because of his soft corner. As he was gonna assassinate the target, he saw that there was his kid with him. So he didn't want someone to walk on the same, revenge path as him. He only left a threatening note for the person that if he didn't change his ways, the consequence will be bad for him.

Both Big Dick and Gentleman accepted to that on his request.

But his Master warned him.

'Humans are not as simple as you think'

Robin little did know, about the way of the world back then since all his life revolved around revenge. He received a message from his master that the business tycoon Robin spared has made another big event. He destroyed a construction building so that he could amass all the insurance money, in that 100 innocent bystanders died. Realizing his mistakes, Robin again went on and killed that business tycoon and hanged his head on the destroyed building like a showcase. But he couldn't save those 100 innocent people. In that guilt, Robin left the field of an assassin to restore his will to kill. Who would have thought that he will leave the Earth itself, after 5 years?

'Back then, I felt killing is enough as I attained my revenge, so I sparred that bastard and gave him a chance. But then I realized, humans don't change overnight'

The same goes for him. He thought that letting a guy live will save a kid from becoming like him, but it had made hundreds of family to become like him. Now he had a clear understanding and that is why he choose to become an assassin again in this life too. To remove as many evil people from the world to redeem for those 100 lives that died because of his single mistake.

As he recollected all his thoughts, Robin smiled towards the Patrick alias Big Dick.

"So how much will I be given on finding that guy"

As for how Robin found Partick's identity is simple, only a few people know about him so well, and the way Patrick talks expose him easily. It's an intuition one gets from several years of relationship.

Robin would have revealed his identity to Patrick as soon as he guessed his identity. If only he didn't get the name of a womanizer. But after getting his name tarnished as a wife stealer, he couldn't bring himself to say,

'Hi, it's me, Hood. How are you, Big Dick?'

In his last life, he appeared to be an extraordinary guy before Patrick, but now if the person he knows too well, thinks him as the person that robs other wives.

Robin couldn't face that. He felt he is not that much thick-skinned.

But that skin didn't last for long.

Patrick said,

"If he is the guy, im searching for, then he isn't the person like they described in the newspaper. He is different. He is the person with the best character, as for as I have known."

Then Patrick's face became serious,

"He is a cautious person. He leaves no tails. I will pay you 10000GC if you could arrange a meeting with him."

Robin was in ecstasy,

'10000GC...'

Then he looked at Patrick and felt the brotherly bond deepen,

'Damn, I never knew, this guy had such a high opinion of me. I even said to Gentleman, that this Big Dick kept his name like it so that he doesn't want to feel inferior for having a Small Dick. I always use to call him Small Dick. I shouldn't have done so.'

Robin felt remorse,

"You have great trust in your friend"

Hearing that Patrick shook his head denying,

"No, it's not like that, he is a guy that can't even talk with a girl. He always has a grim look on his face. Can you think of any girl that would like a guy like that?"

Then he got closer to Robin and said in the low voice,

"I can bet you with a hundred per cent confidence that he will live and die as a virgin."

Robin wanted to slam Patrick into the wall very much. But 10000GC saved him.

Sensing something was wrong, Patrick shifted the topic,

"I can understand your feelings brother, Robin, searching for scum like him is difficult, so I will even give you an advance of 2000GC."

Saying that Patrick inserted a 2000GC card into Robin's hand.

Robin felt happy about the 2000GC but, he felt ashamed that someone is calling him scum straight at his face.

Robin put on a smiling face,

"I will find him within two days"

But his inner monologue was,

'I will play with you soon.'

Then Patrick and Robin exchange their contacts and some other basic details like where to meet. And Patrick asked that finding Hood to be a top-secret mission.

Even no one from his household should know about it.

Robin accepted the deal.

As they were getting up and leaving the room, Robin said,

"Since brother Patrick has stolen the heart of Miss Catherine, soon you will become the next City Mayor."

Listening to Robin's comment, Patrick became even happier,

"Haha... Brother Robin, you're making it a big deal. As for as I can see, Brother Robin is a man that every girl in Celtic would dream about. I can tell you at least have ten girlfriends."

Robin smiled and shook his head,

"No, not at all"

'How will I have a girlfriend if guys like you jump out from the sky and stole everyone'

As Patrick was about to say something, he suddenly felt a bad vibration beside him.

When he looked at Robin, he was stunned as Robin has an expression like he was gonna pounce on somebody. As Patrick followed Robin's line of sight, he saw an otherworldly handsome youth that would even make women shame with his beauty, walked into the inn accompanied by two beautiful girls.

Robin could feel his stomach burning like a furnace.

"I have to beat that guy"

But suddenly Patrick stood before Robin and said,

"No, brother Robin, he is my cousin, Alex"
