Does this world have technology Ryo?

Does this world have modern things? That answer is no again.

Basically where I am going with this is that, people do not know about a suspended bridge or an arch bridge or anything of that kind.

There are basically no bridges like that in this world, if I am not mistaken and the fact that it would be made without anyone watching it being in construction and seeing it connect to vastly different areas would mean that it probably cause an uproar in the villages and some rumours shall be spread around one way or another by a big amount.

That is saying that we do it stealthily.
