Yeah, I would have refused a pay like that for my work back on earth since it was not needed to me that much and helping a whole village is something I would be willing to do for free but, the fact that we are in a different world and I would need money is a part of the reason that I can't be ignoring just like that.

Agreed, we will need to avoid getting starved at all cost, and for that we would need to find money from the villages and towns that we go and visit. And we also would need to find where we can go and hunt for meat and what all meat or vegetables or plants are edible or how to cook them so that they become at the very least edible in some way.

*We can manage that with close to no effort at all.*
