I wave my hands and make them come close and due to the energy that built up inside me, I concentrate the powers inside my body onto my hands and push it through the skin and meet them in the air, the energy forms a ball of blue energy and it contains a lot of energy just from feeling it from my own hands. I can feel the immense amount of energy that I am emitting onto my on hands. I make my fist round and hold it strong, and it causes the power that was built up in the air to go into my hands. The energy was quite different and it felt more powerful than when I was emitting it in to the air through the skin of my hands.

I take my hands in the air and concentrate the whole strength, and my focus on the energy flowing through my hands. The energy is building up and building up.
