I’m Home

XueYa didn't make his way towards the palace immediately as he had initially planned. Instead, he rerouted and circled the stalls still open and selling trinkets and other goods on the main streets of the capital city.

The sun was starting to set, the streets lit up in a golden hue by the multitude of lanterns hanging from the low sweeping roofs and the waning sun.

The fresh fruit and vegetable stalls were first to close shop, but that didn't bother XueYa. He stopped by many tables selling jade pendants, perfume pouches and rouge and powder, but none of these was something LiangLin would use.

Besides, XueYa's dragon jade pendant was already in LiangLin's possession, hanging by that tapering waist that was so perfectly fitted for XueYa to hold.

XueYa hummed to himself, LiangLin didn't need another pendant.
