As soon as his subordinates left the cave, Hanom approached Fraley and Zarya. Erwin was on his trail, waiting for any order to be given to him.

"Did you hear what I said, young girl?" Hanom asked, his tone cajoling. 

However, his eyes weren't the least bit cordial. The smile on his countenance added to how rancorous his intentions were. 

Hearing his voice, Zarya trembled in fear. She hid her face within Fraley's embrace, whimpering as she suppressed her cries. 

Since the little girl refused to answer him, Hanom stared at the woman in the eye instead. 

"Woman, I quite adore this young girl, you see. That's why…" Hanom bared his teeth, stood up, and put his hands in his pocket, "I'm going to give the two of you a chance to run away. Run away from this place as far as you can. I won't track you down."

Erwin, who didn't favor Hanom's decision, stepped up and raised his complaint.
