Despite being one intelligent man, Zekhyr was oblivious of how other people viewed him. 

The man just wanted his subordinates to act as they saw fit if the situation warranted it. Be that as it may, acting according to their titles ought to be the norm.

Zekhyr didn't mind whether it was fear of respect that made people wary of him. As long as they were aware of their boundaries when it came to communicating with him, he could pardon any sort of behavior. 

Having said that, Zekhyr treated his leadership as something that must be done. He didn't feel as if he was having a hard time. If anything, he was more than glad to continue being in that position for even a century. 

However, that's not how the officers and the rest of the members saw it.
