"Discuss the Elder's decision?" Freiyana asked as she sat down on the seat provided to her.

"Yes, the Elders had finalized the punishment for the members of the Valk League. The official announcement will be reserved for tomorrow. However, me and my husband figured that it will be better to inform the Romanoff Duke and Duchess."

"Pardon me, Duchess Avret. However, Duke Romanoff has just returned. He told us that the Elders had yet to make a decision. Did you not see the Duke while you were there?"

Duchess Avret took a glance at her husband, her eyebrows furrowed slightly. She shortly returned her gaze towards Freiyana.

"What are you talking about, Duchess Romanoff? The Duke was there when the elders announced the punishment. We thought that he would be the first one to tell you."

For a short while, Freiyana contemplated what the Duke was thinking by keeping a secret from her.
