'It's on a rampage.' Sato thought as he slowly recovered to his feet.

During the short while he was down, Fudo and the others were keeping the monster busy, but with its increased defense and response speed due to the [Enraged] mode, they weren't able to cause significant damage to the monster. On the contrary, it was even recovering HP.

This was a skill typically possessed by monsters in certain fantasy-genre VR games, however, to the knowledge of the general public, no monster possessed such abilities. But now, Sato was witnessing it right after the kraken Syemen's HP had gone below 30%.
