Chapter 661: Defending 1

"Any news from them yet?"

An individual who had the majority of his face painted with strange markings glanced ahead at the mountain. He didn't look to be overbearing in nature or excessively righteous, but instead gave off a cold and calm aura. It was almost as if he was a corpse as his skin was as pale as it could be.

"Not yet, boss." A voice spoke up from behind the tattooed man accompanied with the sound of footsteps.

"It's impossible for Rigar and Squirrel to make a mistake or forget to make the calls at this time. There are only two options; the first, they both stumbled upon a situation that prevents them from being able to respond. As for the second option, they're both dead. Neither of these options is a good sign." The man narrowed his eyes in thought.

"Get the team ready. We'll proceed to the mountain after five minutes. Inform those rats as well."
