It's been a year since Maureen was in a state of life and death. The accident she experienced a year ago also took her beloved mother's life. Now, she also lies in a coma without knowing when she will return to see the beauty of the world.

    "Two cheeseburgers and iced tea, please," said Aldy when he was finally at the front of the queue.


    However, a girl suddenly appeared next to him. "Make it five," said Jean, handing him her ATM card. The cafeteria lady accepted Jean's card, swiped it on the small machine on the counter, and gave it to press on her ATM pin.


    The canteen at Caius Ballad Private High School does serve a payment system using an ATM card. Cool, right?


    Aldy turned and got a sweet smile from Jean.


    Jean took the table number given by the cafeteria lady. "Let's go back to our table."


    Jean is Maureen's best friend. However, Aldy felt that he had not been this close to Jean until the girl was free to command him like this.


    But Aldy really can't be cold to Jean. Because according to Aldy, maybe Jean is indeed a valuable friend to Maureen.


    But on the other hand, Aldy doesn't want the incident about him and Edwin's brother at the villa when they were on vacation to repeat themselves. He didn't want Maureen to misunderstand him again.


    Aldy followed Jean back to the table.


    Someone accidentally bumps into Jean, making her stagger. But Aldy reflexively caught Jean's body.


    Jean looked up, finding Aldy looking back at her. Jean's chest was pounding again.


    Aldy stared expressionlessly at the person who bumped into Jean, making the person leave without a word. Of course, that person was scared because Aldy stared at him like that.


    Jean, who had also just woken up from his daydream, tried to control himself. "Thanks."


    Aldy didn't answer and walked ahead, leaving Jean back to the table where Maureen, Zico, and Marsel were.


     She couldn't show his feelings too soon. It will only make Aldy feel uncomfortable. Aldy must be different from most men who try to approach her. Because of that, she shouldn't look like an easy girl.


     It is the first time that Jean feels grateful to have changed her overly tomboyish attitude in the past into Jean that looks feminine now.


     The girl continued her steps to join Maureen and the others.


     Aldy brushed off the remaining cheese that was on the corner of Maureen's lips with his thumb, handed her a drink of water when Maureen choked and gently patted Maureen's back as she took a sip.


     Aldy keeps showing sweet things when he treats Maureen. Aldy really takes good care of Maureen. And all that can not be separated from the eyes of Jean.


     While other people think that Aldy thinks of Maureen as the woman he loves, Jean thinks that Aldy is indeed a man full of love for his sister.


     On the one hand, Jean envied Maureen, who could be treated so sweetly by Aldy. But on the other hand, Aldy's sweet attitude towards Maureen makes Jean feel like she likes Aldy even more.


     Jean couldn't lie to her own feelings.


     The girl had fallen deeply in love with Aldy in a short time.
