Princess Ling Mei of Shang, is the only the daughter of the Emperor and Empress of Shang. 

Ling Mei is the only one left to over take the kingdom after her older brother betrayed his family and his kingdom.

A war is on its way and from each and ever family a person most go including the royal family, but there is no one left from the royal family who is strong enough to join the war, well apart from Ling Mei but she is a female and future Empress of the Empire.

Zhang Wei is the orphan boy who nobody wanted, his both parents died when he was only 12 years old till date he don't know what caused their dead but he only knows one thing their death was "Mysteries". Ten years later the only thing in his mind is avenge their death or so he thinks.

What will happen when two different people cross paths, one who has been betrayed by a loved one and one who have never felt loved by others.

Princess Ling Mei the second child and only daughter of the Emperor and Empress of Shang, loved to  watch when her older brother practicest his sword, she adimred him more than any one in the Palace or maybe the whole kingdom. After all he  was the future  Emperor of Shang. 


"How are you doing your highness" said one of the guards as he passed by Ling Mei. 


"I am fine thank you, I am just sitting here watching my brother do practice, he is really good" she replied to the guard. 


"Yes indeed the young master is good he will become a great Emperor one day" he said. 


The young princess was almost ten years old but she behaved like she was twentieth years old, after all she was the princess of the Empire, so everyone had their eyes on her  since the day she was born. 


She was pretty little girl with long black hair like the  silk, red lips like a rose and a face bright like the sun. 


"Hi Ling Mei what are you doing, are you   daydreaming again" it was her good friend Ai Yue, they have been friends since they were small babies. Even though Ai Yue and Ling Mei were totally from two different family backgrounds the two girls never saw this difference. 


"oh hi Yue, I was just enjoying the weather, I love the smell of spring and the cherry blossom" she replied to her friend. 


"oh, you know what I over heard that...." before she could finish, Ling Mei stopped her and then said "how many times have I told you that it is not a good habit  for a young lady" 


"I don't care any way I am just a servant girl and I will never become a lady"  Ling Mei 's replied. 


Before Ling Mei could reply to her friend, her brother called for her, so both the girls decided to met later. 


Later when Ling Mei was walking with her  brother she told him 


Her brother looked at her, he had  black hair just like  her ,but a more serious face than hers he was five years older than her but they talked to each like they were twins. 


"And you are mine little hero, forever and forever Mei - chan" he said smiling to his little sister. 


From a fare away corner some one was watching them , some who was really jealous of there relationship some one who really wanted to destroy  this relationship and the whole Kingdom.
