Backtracking

"All of them?" Jasmine repeated, "What exactly do you mean? Backtrack for a second."

"Alright." Aurora retold the incident again, going over the details Jasmine was confused with.

"So none of the teachers noticed you in any way?" Jasmine asked. "How?"

"I don't know. Maybe they were so caught up crying and mourning for the founder." Aurora answered, leaning back against the chair.

"Yes, but they should still be careful. They just can't let down their guard because of something like this." Jasmine complained, still eating the chips.

"Right." Aurora looked at the ceiling, "But you have to remember, this was the first natural death to happen in the Society and that too, it's the Founder himself."

"Yeah. It was quite a shock even on all of us." Jasmine put away the packet of chips, cracking her neck as her expression turned serious. "Now, about the book."

Aurora gulped, sitting in attention, "Yes ma'am."
