Meraki Sagepice woke up at the hospital with no memory of who she is or what had transpired. She just remained there, an empty shell of a human.
That is, until a woman in a suit appeared to her and pledged loyalty to her in a blood pact. With that, a sudden and painful bloodlust consumed her entire consciousness. 
Who is she? Who is this woman? And why is the Sagepice family so feared?

Outrun The Truth

"Morning," I said, looking at them. "I have made some already so you can begin eating. Is Adan out?"

"Why are you cooking?" Caris asked, walking over to us and Leo just looked at the stack of pancakes with suspicion.

"Aurora isn't going to be able to make breakfast today so I took the liberty to make it instead. Please go ahead and eat." I put the spatula down and looked at the two.

"Sure," Caris said, smiling and then he began eating the pancake, with his hands. "It's good. But then you can't really fail with pancakes."

"Eat up you two. Who will take care of lunch?" I asked, looking at them eat. Judging from Leo's expression, it seems ok. He is able to eat it at least.

"I will." Aurora walked in, hair a mess and Adan following behind after her. "Oh? Meraki, you made breakfast?"
