Runaway Vampire

After the incident in the sports warehouse, I haven't seen him for the whole day. As usual, I waited on the roof to feed Elliot. He didn't come. I walked down the stairs, running into some kids crowding in a circle. I made my way through, seeing Elliot sitting on top of a kid, smashing his face in. I didn't even know, but my body reacted on its own. Pulling Elliot off of the kid who's face was covered in blood, and holding him back. Elliot, what are you doing?! I whispered/yelled at him. He wasn't acting like his shy meek self. It was as if something possessed him.

Pulling Elliot by the hand, I pulled him to the roof. I pushed him against the wall as soon as we got up.

What were you thinking?! What if you reacted to his blood?! You could have got caught! I looked him straight in his eyes. They weren't the bright green ones I remembered. They were red. Blood red.

To lost in his eyes, he pulled me against the wall, biting into my shoulder. I whimpered in pain as he bit harder than he ever did before. I grabbed his hair, flinching as he brushed his skin against my injured neck. He noticed too. He was drinking to much blood, I could feel myself going week. My legs wobbled beneath me. He didn't let go, he bit in deeper. Deeper into where my neck and shoulder meet. Just as I thought he would suck me dry, he pulled away from my neck. His green eyes showing concern through them. I tried to stay awake. But the darkness slowly took over me.

Ten days later

Be...Bee...Beep...Beep... Beep

It's so noisy... I cough, feeling how dry my throat was. Pain surging at the bottom of my neck. I tried opening my eyes, but I didn't have enough strength. My body felt like lead.

How is it going? Did you find that vampire who did this to my son?! N-no...beta... Then find him! I heard a door slam, and silence filled the room again. I have to warn Elliot. My eyes slowly fluttered open. I was at the packs clinic. A blood bag right next to my head was running blood from a tube into my arm.

What happened to me? I looked around the room, no one was here. I pushed off the bed, using most of my strength to sit up. The smell of disinfectant filled the room. I looked around for a glass of water. I couldn't find anything, so I swung my heavy legs over the bed, forcing my self to walk unstably towards the sink. I leaned my head down, almost falling over, and turned the water on with my shaky hands. I was only wearing a paper dress. I looked around for my clothes, finding it thrown on the floor. They probably tried getting a scent from Elliot off of it. I leaned down, using the chair arm near me as support, and picked up the clothes. My dried blood was covering almost half of the upper side of the white shirt. I can't wear this outside. I put on the pants and left the room. My chest exposed. There was no one else around besides the reception lady. I easily snuck back into the staff's locker room, breaking open the first locker I seen with a guys name on it. A black hoodie and gym shorts were piled nicely. I took the hoodie and threw it over my head. It was pretty easy to sneak out of the hospital, but finding Elliot was the hard part.
