Volcano

Arriving at Cinnabar island, Mew flew towards the giant fire mountain. From far away, Mew could already feel the warmth coming from it. Though it became warmer the closer he went towards the mountain, that was all it was. Warm.

Mew at one point didn't even feel it anymore as it was only warm. Every so often, Mew spotted a Pokémon that couldn't take the heat anymore. When that happened, Mew mercifully teleported them towards the entrance of the mountain.

Every now and then, Mew could see veins of hot magma seeping down the floor, walls or ceiling. It was like that game he saw other kids play. Imagining the floor being lava. He always wanted to play it, but everytime he tried, the jump would turn into him floating and it would ruin the whole game.

For now, Mew dodged the splatters and streams of magma dripping down. It was tricky but fun, as the magma outbursts were very unpredictable. Well, even if the magma touched him, it would leave little damage so there wasn't any kind of urgency behind it.

Having fun, Mew floated further into the volcano and spotted the first big Pokémon in a while. It walked across the walls of the volcano, its mighty legs having a firm grip on the walls. Even when the magma hit the Pokemon, it didn't seem to bother it as it let out sounds of enjoyment. It was covered in orange and grey spots. Every now and then heat would radiate from the orange spots. It had a metal mask-like face and metal bangles around its legs. Some places on his body even seemed to have melted from the heat.

This Pokémon was called Heatran, a heavyweight that made its home in volcano's. Mew closed in and sat down happily atop Heatran's head. Heatran didn't even seem to care as it happily walked on, enjoying the heat radiating from the burning environment.

Taking Heatran's indifference as a sign, Mew moved around on top of his back, poking at all the orange and grey spot, laughing in glee as heat escaped from the poked spots. Mew moved back to his head, looking intently at Heatran's fiery orange eyes which seemed to glow like the magma. When Heatran called out, Mew could see that even the inside of his mouth was a fiery orange.

Tired of moving around a lot, Mew made himself a pink bubble on Heatran's back and began to relax, waiting to arrive at wherever Heatran was going.

This time Heatran seemed to notice something as he looked at the little passenger on his back, only to see it sleeping slovenly on a small pink bubble.

Heatran laughed, though it sounded more like rumbling boulders smashing together, as he couldn't belief the lazy passenger on his back to sleep so tightly so quickly.

Undisturbed at it all, Heatran moved further into the volcano towards an old rival waiting to start their bout again.
