Arriving on this new piece of land, Mew passed by small town and villages, spotting many kinds on new yet oddly familiar Pokémon. This feeling was more like... uhm... even though he saw these kinds of Pokemon for the first time, he instinctually knew what they were, which types they were and what kind of moves they could use. It was an odd feeling to be sure.
Mew observed trainers battle against other trainers, pokemon scouring about and people talking to each other. There were even scenes of trainers and pokemon dozing off in the warm afternoon sun.
Coming near a crystal clear lake, Mew was greeted by a same sized pokemon as himself. This pokemon also had a long tail, but instead of one, the other had two. Its body was blue, with a pink head with two appendages on both sides of the head, with a gem on its forehead. That same gem was embedded in the star like ends of the tail.
The pokemon, Mesprit, seemed very excited to meet Mew as she happily twirled about with Mew, showing the interesting placed around the lake. There were a lot of pokemon watching the duo play around, finding it very cute and entertaining.
Whenever a pokemon trainer passed by, a mist would envelop the lake, as Mew and Mesprit turned invisible. When the coast was clear, Mesprit would drag Mew all over the place, even underwater as they saw all kinds of water pokemon.
When a Gyarados roared at them, Mew turned into an even bigger Gyarados, with red scales instead of blue, roaring back even louder, while Mesprit sat on top of Mew's head, taunting the opponent to attack. Getting annoyed, the Gyarados did just that, sending a powerful hyper beam their way.
Not one to take an attack lying down, Mew returned an even more powerful hyperbeam back, blasting the Gyarados downwards towards the underground waterways. As Mew and Mesprit waited for the Gyarados to dare to return they smirked as there was no sight of it even after a couple of minutes had passed.
Turning back, Mew clasped hands with Mesprit as they both giggled about their victory in happiness. They continued to scour the lake bed, observing the many pokemon and scavenging any shiny objects. Mew even found a sparkly orange stone with a swirling leaf pattern in red/blue/purple colours in the center. Feeling the stone resemble the energy waves of that Gyarados, Mew put the stone in his storage in glee, imagining the teary eyes of that Gyarados once he found out his precious stone was gone. That would teach him to bother him and Mesprit when they were playing.
Laughing at the many weird faces Mew showed, Mesprit took Mew to her own special place, somewhere beyond the lake bed. Seemingly passing through the ground, Mew followed Mesprit only to end up in a strange place. It had a pinkish mist swirling about as the room reflected the surface on the floor. Coral was growing on the side while in a giant open clam was a golden like orb. Mesprit explained it to be the Griseous orb, an item that would empower Giratina if the need arose for him to need more power.
According to Mesprit, Dialga and Palkia's orbs were with her friends, Azelf and Uxie. The orbs should be kept by them, but there had been occasions when they would become lost and fell in the hands of men. Whenever that happened, the trio would collect them and return to the lake mirror world.
Nodding at Mesprit's explanation, Mew was glad to have seen such a pretty orb. He coudn't wait to visit Uxie and Azelf as well. Saying bye to Mesprit, Mew set out towards the surface, interested in other places he could visit.
