Mew begins to create a Shikigami

Today had been fun. He had learned about Shikigami and Familiar contracts. The whole thing seemed a bit silly, but Mew really looked forward in making something other than pokemon.

Having done all the necessary steps in making shikigami eggs, Mew had two egg in front of him now, both having a number one or two on them.

Now he just needed to keep the eggs on his person to let them hatch into something fun. How exciting!

Moving on to the thing about making a familiar contract, Mew took out the oni body which he had kept in his space pouch. It was still the same and looked like it was sleeping.

Circling around it and observing it intently, Mew fist pumped to rile himself up.

'Yosh! let's do it.'

Placing his small paw on the chest, where the heart was supposed to be, Mew poured in his energy with the intent on making the body his familiar. It was a bit clumsy, as Mew had no idea if he was doing it right. Worst thing that could happen was that he destroyed the body, but there was no soul in it, so it didn't really matter.

Focussing on making his intent clear, a golden circlet of light appeared around the wrists of the body and disappeared into the body. Mew was succesfull in making the familiar contract.

'No way he would stoop down on kissing.'

Mew thought, as that would always be an option if the previous thing didn't work.

While Mew waited, nothing happened at all. Even if it was now his familiar, it was still soulless after all. He would just have to find the sould belonging to the body. If the soul refused to become his familiar, Mew could always terminate the contract. It was all for fun anyways.

Stuffing the body back into the pouch, Mew looked forward to what the Shikigami would look like. A human like shikigami would be best. One of the races Mew had seen in the space world would be nice.

Mew twirled about with the two eggs in hand as he took a look at the task list about what he needed to do. Something about cleaning the shrine and writing a lot of those fortune tags. Really, why were they still late with those? Didn't he already draw enough of them for them to finish it? Maybe the Hephaestus and Loki were just that much better than the gods of this world. That had to be it.

Sighing at the lazyness of some gods, Mew looked at his shadow.

[You can help as well. What do you want to do, clean or write?]

Mew asked, as mischievous glimmer in his eyes.

"Ehhh, but you were the one who made the promise."

Gengar moaned, his usual joking smile nowhere to be seen in the light of work.

[You are also one of my friends, so you can help as well. Come on, the banquet after will be that much more fun.]

Mew said, as he once again asked the same question.

[Cleaning or writing, which one?]

Gengar sighed in defeat. Hew would never escape these kinds of things. He liked it too much, traveling from world to world, to give it up and go back to the Garden.

"Cleaning then. But you have to give me some help. I won't be able to finish it as fast as when you do it."

Gengar replied, having already given up. It was completely useless to argue with Mew.

[Um, sure.]

Opening the Garden, Mew summoned a few pokemon that should be able to help Gengar. Those pokemon being Minccino, Cinccino, Swablu and Altaria. These pokemon loved things that were clean and if something was dirty, they were the best at cleaning it.

[Have fun!]

Mew said as he departed to finish writing those tags as soon as possible.
