Chapter 6: Bully
What does an outer disciple do?
Washing clothes, cleaning sect, guarding, etc-etc. You can say he is like a private servant of the sect. As for reputation, just how many of you respect your house maids or driver?
No one respects them and the only way to be promoted is either win against inner disciple in 'Free for all battle' or do some work that the whole sect will be proud of.

Right now, our Mo Yuanjun is doing cleaning work around the sect with his buddy Cheng Qiang.
Mo Yuanjun is also wearing a simple white robe dress, as all other students wear.
While cleaning the floor with the broom, Mo Yuanjun often looked at the students around him especially females.
Though no one was as beautiful as the girl in his dream, but still they were pretty.
"Don't stare too much or you will get yourself killed" Cheng Qiang said to Mo Yuanjun with a sad tone and put his shoulder
"Was I staring?" Mo Yuanjun asked
"Yes, you were. Though staring is not a crime but all these pretty fairies have already chosen their partner so drop your wild dreams" Cheng Qiang said with a big smile as if he was mocking him
"I don't have any wild dreams, I was just looking at the beauty of nature" Mo Yuanjun said to Cheng Qiang as if he is a monk who has left all worldly desire
"Ohh"
Both Cheng Qiang and Mo Yuanjun let out a sigh of sadness and then started cleaning floors again
"Just leave me alone"
Suddenly a female voice came from behind
When Cheng Qiang and Mo Yuanjun looked behind to see what is going on, they saw a few females following a girl and teasing her.
They all were saying "hey oily hair can you give me some oil for cooking?"
It was clear that they were bullying her and other males were also laughing at this scene. As for teachers, well no one cares.
While crying, the girl left through the sect gate.
"Her name is Hu Shuchun, she is also from my village and just like us an outer disciple." Cheng Qiang said in a sad tone
He continued "as you can see, this is how things are. No one respects you and if you want to be respected, either become strong or hold some big connection and both of them are impossible for us or maybe possible if luck is there"
Is Mo Yuanjun sad?

Anyone who sees people bullying others will feel sad but what can Mo Yuanjun do here? He is not a superma* or have some hidden talent, so he would jump in and give some badass dialogue, and then the girl would say "Oh, thank you. You saved me so my life is yours" something like that
This is fucki*g real world, not fantasy.
Here it's either kill or be killed, so till you don't have some strength to back your words don't act like a tough guy no matter how bad or worst you feel. Which our mc know very well given his years of being bullied experience throughout his life
So Mu Yuanjun only felt sad and then again get back to his work.

Mo Yuanjun is stretching his body after ending his cleaning work.
Cheng Qiang had some stuff to do so he will be leaving late.
The moment Mo Yuanjun took his first step out of the sect, he heard some noise and when he looked for the source of noise, he saw a girl sitting on the stairs and crying.
It is Hu Shuchun, which Cheng Qiang talked about and was being bullied in the morning.
Mo Yuanjun walked towards the girl and asked "Are you crying?"

Hu Shuchun glared Mo Yuanjun like a tigress who haven't had any dinner for months
'oof, if only glare could have killed people, I would be long dead' Mo Yuanjun said in his mind
"Why are you shouting? It's ok, I know my question was stupid still-" Mo Yuanjun said to her
*Still glaring*
"I am sorry" Mo Yuanjun said with a slight bow and get ready to leave her alone
*growl*
But his steps stopped when he heard a lions roar, which doesn't belong to a lion but a human's stomach.
Mo Yuanjun turned to see a face full of red color and said "I have some food back at my friend's home, want to tag along?"
*glare*
"Ok, I'll leave"
And Mo Yuanjun left

At first, Mo Yuanjun thought he was just hearing things as, whenever he took a step, the noise resonated one more time
But after looking back and finding Hu Shuchun behind him it was clear that this girl is one hell of a shy girl and that's the biggest reason why she is bullied by everyone.
Following him, Hu Shuchun reaches a very small house and there Mo Yuanjun served her some food.

Seeing food, Hu Shuchun started eating it at a very high speed
*food in her mouth*
"Do you also think my hair is oily like others?" Hu Shuchun asked Mo Yuanjun
At her question, Mo Yuanjun was nodding and had half nodded when he noticed that she has started crying so he had to stop is nodding at halfway
*with food in her mouth*
"waaaah" Hu Shuchun started crying
"wow-wow, don't cry now" Mo Yuanjun tried to calm her down but he didn't know what to say here as he has a very little experience with girls, let alone crying one

"I don't know why people always bully me"

"Is it my mistake if my hair looks like it is too much oily?"

"Burp, waah, I don't know what to do with my life. I only wanted to be a cultivator and make my parents proud but *waaaah*" She said
During this whole conversation, she mostly ate food only and talked less which made Mo Yuanjun feel irritated
After that, she started talking about her life and the struggles she has been through. She also told how she is often bullied by females and males at her sect and no one helps her.
After some long one-sided talk and when Cheng Qiang came, finally, her story ended, and then she left the place after greeting Cheng Qiang.
*whistle*
"I never thought you would be so fast to find a girl for yourself" Cheng Qiang said to Mo Yuanjun trying to tease him
"if you want her, you are free to try her but remember my words, she eats a lot" Mo Yuanjun said and then left the place
Cheng Qiang didn't pay much attention to his words and said "I am really hungry, time to eat"
But when he opened bowls and all other utensils, where food was saved, he found nothing

The silence was the only thing left around him

Next day-
Mo Yuanjun was again cleaning the floor when he noticed that few inner disciples were looking and laughing at him.
He didn't know why but didn't pay much attention to it
As for Cheng Qiang, he was cleaning in another area.
"Hey, where is your dao partner?" a male voice came from behind
When he looked at the source of the voice, he found a boy with yellow hair.
"Dao partner?" Mo Yuanjun asked him in confusion
All people started laughing
Then that yellow hair boy said "I am talking about the girl who you walked home with"
And then Mo Yuanjun comes to know that, he is the target of bullying today.
"ahh, you are talking about her. Sorry but I don't know" Mo Yuanjun replied
Soon a female came while dragging Hu Shuchun with her and then made her stand with Mo Yuanjun
"well, that's how things should be. Dao partners should always be together" The yellow hair boy said in a mocking tone and with him, all other disciples laughed.
Hearing those laughter's, Hu Shuchun trembled and unintentionally moved behind Mo Yuanjun. Maybe she felt that he was reliable, so that's why she moved behind him
Seeing Hu Shuchun move behind Mo Yuanjun, all people started whistling.
"You both are the best couple of this sect, believe me" The yellow hair boy said to Mo Yuanjun as if he is praising
Mo Yuanjun knew all these tactics as he had been through them.
"Is there anything else?" Mo Yuanjun asked
Neither agreeing Hu Shuchun is his dao partner nor disagreeing
"huh?" The yellow hair disciple gave a puzzled expression
"I am saying is there anything else you all want to say? I want to hear your praises more" Mo Yuanjun said to them all

Everyone stopped laughing as they all knew Mo Yuanjun is no fun
Mo Yuanjun had a weird smile which was neither mocking nor happy one. It was just a simple smile.
"Let's go, guys, he is no fun" the yellow hair boy said and left the place, following him other people also left
Hu Shuchun, seeing all people left, came forward and said "Thank You for saving me"
"I didn't save you, I was just saving myself" Mo Yuanjun said with a smile
"uhm"
Hu Shuchun just nodded with a smile and was about to leave but got stopped by Mo Yaunjun
Mo Yuanjun stopped her and asked, "Your name is Hu Shuchun right?"
"yes" she replied
"My name is Qin Shi Huang, now that we have known & met each other so many times, not that much, and I have also served you food, I think we can be friends right? We are now also bullied together, so why not become friends?" Mo Yuanjun asked her
"You want to be my friend?" She asked in a shocked expression
*nod*
Mo Yuanjun nodded up and down 2-3 times as we see in cartoo*s.
This made Hu Shuchun smile a little and she said "yes we can be friends"
The Mo Yuanjun showed his hand for a handshake and said "one more time, my name is Qin Shi Huang, I hope we can be good friends"
Hu Shuchun also grabbed Mo Yuanjun's hand and then both handshake, and said "My name is Hu Shuchun, and I also hope we can be good friends"
With this, Mo Yuanjun finally made his 2nd friend in this world
