Chapter 29: Butterfly
There are 2 ways which could help one person to use beast's strength
One is, killing an intelligent beast and then absorbing its beast core
Second is, forming contact with a beast
And in both condition, the beast lives inside the user
But there is one difference in beast core and beast contract
That is, in the beast core, when the user dies, the beast will also die though there are ways to release the beast but 99% of the time, it dies with its owner
And on beast contract, the beast is free after its user is dead
Simple
Also, if the beast possesses and intelligence than the beast and its owner can talk inside the sea of consciousness and can meet each other also

After stepping into the celestial realm, Hu Shuchun is full of vigor.
She wants to test her new strength and also enjoyed flying around the place
In their trip to the deeper region of the Ghouls Land/Desert, the duo had killed various beasts.

They both stopped their movement and then entered the forest
Inside it looked like a normal forest, as around the place there few small animals, big trees, flowers, etc, etc

Around 7 people have been fighting against a group of butterfly beast who was in dark purple and red color
And in the middle of those butterfly group was a giant Butterfly, floating in the sky.
It seems like this group want to get that giant butterfly
As for who is the one that had been attacking
"The world is really small" Hu Shuchun said and Cheng Qiang also nodded
As the people who were attacking right now is none other than the people from "Immortal Great Sword Sect"
The same group of people who attacked at the duo for the green spider
"So, what's the plan?" Cheng Qiang asked Hu Shuchun
Hu Shuchun turned with a wide evil smile and said, "let those peasant do the work, we will take the reward later on"

On the battlefield
One after another small butterfly were kept being hunted by the disciples of the Immortal Great Sword Sect, under their sword

"Senior Ding Jiang, Senior Chang Huan, we junior can't fight anymore" A disciple said as he breathes heavily, still fighting against those small butterflies
No doubt the beast around them is weak but still, the numbers are way more than they expected
It's around 100's, though the leader is one, still, there are 100's of the small beast

The giant butterfly howled in pain as the attack by Chang Huan had made a cut on his giant body
*heavy breathing*
Chang Huan was breathing heavily as the fight has been for more than 6 hours and so far the beast is showing no expression of stepping back
The beast has a very fast speed of healing and if something really critical happens, the giant butterfly absorbs the small butterfly and recreates his lost body parts or heal his injury
Chang Huan is at the 2nd stage of the Celestial realm but the beast seems to be as strong as him.
And his intelligence is also high, thus there is no way they would lose this chance of getting a high ranked beast or its core after coming so far
Chang Huan turned towards Ding Jiang and said "You have that 'spell' right?"
Ding Jiang nodded and said "But I will be unconscious for a while as I still don't know how to control that attack after launching it"
"it's ok, just launch that spell at this giant butterfly. I'll hold him till that time" Chang Huan said as he waved his hands and took out a few talismans
Then he threw those talismans at those few remaining small butterflies and said "EXPLODE"

An explosion happened and the number of butterflies decreased to one
"I'll kill you all" the giant butterfly roared as he saw his small butterflies die
"Come" Chang Huan yelled and launched himself at the butterfly
*whoosh*

The beast threw small wind balls and waves at him but nothing happened
As the Butterfly is a wind element based thus, he doesn't have much attack power but has a solid defense
Chang Huan kept on throwing his sword strikes at the giant butterfly as both of them floating in the sky
At the ground, Ding Jiang is now about to complete his spell
*eyes open*
"Sword of Thunder God"
A very high ranking spell which manifests a sword made up of lightning and attacks at the place where its caster wants
*rumble*
Suddenly the whole sky turned black as the thunder started appearing here and there
And then a hole appeared inside those black clouds and then a sword made up of pure lightning appeared
*whoosh*
And then it falls on the ground, the place where Chang Huan and the giant butterfly were fighting
At the ground, Ding Juan coughed some blood and then fall on his knees
Slowly, he loses his consciousness as the spell was just way too much for him
"Die you beast"
Chang Huang yelled as he took out a talisman from his storage ring and disappeared before the sword could crash on him
*Roar*
The giant butterfly roared as he no longer could run away
*BOOOOOM*
The giant thunder sword and the beast crashed at each other and a big explosion happened
Chang Huan appeared behind his teammates and forms a defense spell to protect them from the explosion
After a few minutes, when the dust cleared away, Chang Huan released the defense spell and then stepped towards the place where the beast must have died
"Stop, you all take care of Ding Jiang" Chang Huan said in a firm tone
The other disciples nodded to him
But in truth, they were cursing him as they also wanted a share in this big reward but, what can they do against someone stronger than them
No doubt, Chang Huan is exhausted but they didn't forget that he is still a celestial ranked cultivator
Chang Huan walked inside the dust, into the area where the beast core might have fallen
"Where is the beast core?" He asked to himself as he scanned the area
Suddenly he sensed something
A wide smile appeared on his face
He flies towards a certain direction and there he saw spirit stones in huge numbers, around thousands and a small pill-like object
"Finally" Chang Huan said as he picked that beast core
"Finally this, blue grade beast will be mine and now I will have an ultimate defense. Hahahaa"
Chang Huang laughed as he looked at the small pill or beast core in his hand
He didn't want to waste time so he opened his mouth and was ready to gulp it down but suddenly something happened
A read object fall on his head from above and then soon, his whole body was covered into a cloth
"uhmmm" Chang Huang tried to say something but his mouth was covered with a piece of cloth
And then a something hard hit his head
*BANG*
And then he heard a voice
"Thanks for the hard work"
And then darkness falls in front of his eyes

Who were they?
Will Chang Huang accept this?
