"I am destroying this place, plan to stop me?"
Jarvis shrugged. A strange masked man who was incredibly powerful stood in front of him. After witnessing the barrier being shattered Jarvis rushed to help, but soon saw a player who's strength was outrageous!
Jarvis wasn't sure if even Wrock could take them down with that skill he used against Rygeth.
Yet he felt like he had to do something...
Jarvis responded, "This place is awful, I can understand why you would want to do this. Yet is it really necessary?"
"You wouldn't understand."
"That's what many say, yet they don't try to explain. While I am not confident in stopping you, I feel like it's a duty to try."
"You would be making a mistake."
"I make many mistakes, this may just be one of them then."
Jarvis' pages on his book flipped as he played a tune. Whitelash and Extreok came out. Extreok quickly spoke to Jarvis telepathically, "What is this? What's going on?"
"I'll explain later, we are gonna take this guy down."

Travis was shocked deep into his core. That was two of the four Sages! A player hadn't managed to tame any of them in his past life before! Just who was this guy?!
Travis quickly calmed his racing heart. Regardless of their strength they would be limited by their summoner's strength. He was confident in taking them on, even killing them.
Bzzt-!
A lightning bolt struck his previous position. If Travis hadn't moved at the last second, we would have been struck!
A voice entered his head, "Ho, your reflexes are quite something."
The tiger charged forward and swiped with a paw, claws outstretched. Travis blocked it with his sword. Yet the moment he did his instincts screamed and he retreated.
Several wind blades slashed his previous position. Travis grit his teeth, Extreok was the most troubling. Due to her being a Sage her attacks are guaranteed to effect the victim with powerful status debuffs. The lightning strikes will always paralyze him. The wind will always push him away. The tiger's claws will always inflict bleeding!
Bleeding to death was an actual outcome here! Bleeding ignored all level and stat gaps. Instead it would do a percentage of health every few seconds. The more bleeding stacks form, the larger the percent and the shorter the intervals!
His MP was essentially gone, his tokens were zero. He was at a disadvantage!
His eyes snapped to the summoner. They were usually weak in terms of HP. If he could kill off the summoner then he wouldn't have to worry about the Sages.
He rushed towards the summoner, his [Truth Twofold: Existence] was still on cooldown. As he charged Whitelash cut off his path, "You shall not harm him!"
Travis was annoyed. He released his War Sight upon the group. He hoped that the summoner's stats would be low enough and they would simply die.

Jarvis was hit with an indescribable pressure. His knees failed to support his body and he collapsed. His breathing grew rough and strained.
His vision began to fade. As he frantically tried to come up with an answer a voice called.
"So this is the troublemaker."
The pressure was released. Jarvis began to take in deep breaths of air. The moment he felt even slightly better he checked Whitelash and Extreok. They looked fine, but he would definitely check them thoroughly later.
Then another thing caught his eye. A large crane with feathers so brightly white they seemed to glow. Jarvis saw such a majestic creature an murmured, "Neorvil. . ."
The crane watched the masked figure, "Since I dislike this city I shall let you go. However you are not to harm these three any further. The moment you do I won't hesitate to defeat you."
The figure hesitated before deciding on a decision. With a quick few steps they soon left their vision.
Neorvil then turned to Extreok and Whitelash, "Are you guys okay? I sensed a formidable pressure and came to help immediately!"
"Yeah. . . we are fine."
"I'm so glad! But why are you under the control of a human? You could have easily defeated that guy."
"It's a long story."
. . .
Neorvil looked at Jarvis with a new interest, "Woah, to be faced with a Trial from a Crimson Immortal. You even managed to convince two Sages to join your side! Just who are you?"
Jarvis responded with a smile, "Just a guy who likes creatures."
"So you are gathering the Sages together to defeat the Crimson Immortal? How interesting! Allow me to join."
Jarvis' eye twitched. In his mind a vision appeared.
A small blue bird rested on his finger, "You just like creatures?"
Jarvis could feel his mouth move, but he heard nothing.
"You want to meet all the creatures in the world? Even the myths? How interesting! Allow me to join."
Jarvis closed his eyes and let the vision fade. He didn't expect a flashback to appear in such an occasion.
He opened his eyes and asked, "Are you sure? Don't you want to think about it?"
"You asking me that question has given me a good impression of you. Besides, I don't want to miss out on such an adventure!"
Jarvis was surprised that convincing the third Sage was this easy. He then worried for the fourth, according to this pattern. . .
Jarvis' book flipped its pages several times. Neorvil turned into paint which formed onto a blank page. There a beautiful crane stood proudly, nature spread from its feet. Water floating around it.
Extreok sighed, "That one. . . she doesn't think sometimes."
Jarvis closed the book gently, "You make it sound like joining me is a bad thing."
"You misunderstood, she simply doesn't think through her decisions sometimes. I worry that one day she will make a choice she will regret."
"I see."

Travis dashed through the forest. He grit his teeth. To think that another Sage would appear! One at full power at that?!
Whilst Travis was confident in himself he learned to not overestimate his abilities after the Abyss incident. Fighting a full strength Sage was simply not in his capabilities.
He was even more disappointed that he couldn't destroy the city. His plan was thrown aside. To even the playing field for players and guilds. He wouldn't let the guilds get so powerful like before. Never again! Why else would he get stronger?
The whole reason he lost his progress before was due to Guilds! Those who grew complacent with their power. Who grew so confident they became cocky! Those who would simply eliminate the smallest of players with a single command, just for angering them slightly!
The disparity between Guilds and solo players was far too large! He was well aware of this. This was why he gained strength, to take revenge and to shape the game to be even to those who lacked numbers and manpower.
A perfect world? He was fully aware such a thing didn't exist. Especially not in this game. But he would do as much as he could to weaken the Guilds. If he didn't then the future would be bleak.

Akiol frowned, he had spent the last month trying to figure out what was connected to [Aura Boost].
He assumed it was the War Sight the King Slime was talking about. Yet he wasn't sure. No matter what he just couldn't figure it out.
Currently he was sitting cross legged in the center of an empty stone room. The King Slime had granted this to Akiol to develop his skills.
Akiol's eyes were closed as he immersed himself into the functions of [Aura Boost] again. His stats increased, he would glow a color.
What did the colors stand for? Akiol did not know. They simply changed when he chose which stat to buff. Couldn't they be simply a visual effect?
The skill's timer ran out and Akiol sighed. He truly wished to figure it out, he sensed that whatever it was would grant him the strength he needed.
Stars asked, 'You alright?'
"Just a bit disappointed."
'What's wrong?'
"I am simply failing to understand something. That is all."
'Perhaps you should ask the King for insight? It could perhaps lead to some inspiration.'
"Not a bad suggestion. Let's do that then."
Akiol transformed into his ball shape and rolled to the King Slime. He was required to be in this shape whenever he traversed the kingdom. The King Slime worried what the others might do upon seeing Akiol in his human form.
As he rolled various slimes of different colors expressed the intent of greetings. Akiol returned such greetings in kind.
The whole kingdom was like a friendly neighborhood that everyone knew everyone in. They were excited to see a newcomer and occasionally came to say hi.
Akiol was always happy to converse with the slimes. Though the conversations were mostly quiet.
As he rolled through the kingdom he soon reached the King's hall.
After being granted access he entered the room of the King. He hopped onto a stone table as the King asked, "What is it young one?"
