Falling Down

Akiol attempted to swirl mana to create a platform, but found the Domain was devoid of any mana. Reacting on instinct Akiol extended his slime body to grab ahold of one of the buildings. Extending another arm he reached out and caught the falling Travis.

The two hung helplessly in the air for a while. Travis also attempted to create a platform of mana but also noticed the failure, "A Domain can remove mana?"

Akiol frowned, "I take it this isn't a normal thing an Aboviol can do?"

"I don't have much knowledge regarding the Aboviols. Jumpstart Pavilion was the one to publish its warning of their existence, their Elite team had been utterly defeated by one they attempted to raid. Since it was out of my range at the time I didn't think too much upon it, I simply know of its existence is all.", Travis explained.

Akiol appreciated that ever since they shared their secrets Travis was more friendly. The usually cold attitude he held was slowly warming away.
