Haochen squinted an eye open as his sleep broke. The room lights had dimmed to complete darkness in the absence of any movement in the room. Opening both eyes, he turned to lay on his back, staring at the ceiling in the dark. His neck felt very comfortable on the pillow he was lying on and he popped up a knee.

Then, he abruptly halted his thoughts about how comfortable he was, only to let a confused expression overtake his features. Where was he again? Immediately sitting up, he surveyed his surroundings.

This was... Cloud's room. Cloud must have taken off his shoes and given him a pillow. Finding the logic sound, he lay back down and tried to clear his sleepiness. Then it occurred to him, Cloud and himself were no longer very close, why would he be in Cloud's castle at all?
