Alex’s Welcoming Party

"I have gathered all of you here today to make an important announcement," Yue Ying's cold and crisp voice echoed inside the dormitory's common room. "Starting today, My Ale-- I mean, Alex will be staying with us in the girl's dormitory for a month. I want all of you to be on your best behavior and not cause trouble for him. Do you all understand?"

"Yes, Dorm Head!"

"We understand! Now please, hand that cutie over!"

"Come here Alex, this big sister will make sure that no one bullies you here."

"Here have some snacks. I bought many so feel free to eat a lot!"

Alex was like a Kite played around by the wind as the girls in the dormitory fed, pet, hugged, and kissed him on the cheeks. Abbie knew that the current situation couldn't be helped so he allowed the girls to form a closer relationship to him.

Even Yue Ying just watched from the side. The Dorm Head understood that Alex needed to be accepted by everyone to ensure that there would be no unforeseen accidents in the future. Her Aunt agreed to let him stay for a month. If problems arose during his stay then, even if Yue Ying begged her Aunt to reconsider, the Dean would not listen to her. Alex would immediately be evicted from the girl's dormitory.

"Alex, what's your full name?" Diana, Abbie's roommate asked. "I wanted to talk to you earlier, but I have to visit my family. Now go on. Tell this big sister your full name."

"Big Sister, my full name is Alexander Von Ainsworth," Alex replied with a smile. His master, Abbie, told him that he needed to make a good first impression on the girls in the dormitory. If he was able to do that, then he would be able to live with his master. Alex decided to give it his all in order to stay by his Master's side.

"Wow! His name sounds like a mighty warrior!"

"Sounds like a noble's name."

"Ne~ Do you have an older brother? If you have, please introduce me to him!"

"Me too! Please, introduce me to your older brother!"

"Um, I don't have an older brother," Alex replied.

"Awww! What a shame."

"Then, do you know an older brother who is very handsome? How about you introduce me to him.?"

"Yes! Do you know someone, Alex? It doesn't matter even if he's not related to you. As long as he is good looking!"

Alex nodded his head. "Well, I do know someone. Big Brother Yang Yang."

"Yang Yang?!"

"Did you just say Yang Yang?!"

Abbie's lips twitched when she heard Alex say Yang Yang's name. These girls were big fans of good looking men and the mere mention of the idol's name made their eyes sparkle like the fangirls they were. She knew that if this continued, it would just cause a misunderstanding.

"Alex, that is only your Big Brother Aiden's nickname," Abbie said while wiping the imaginary sweat drops on her forehead. "The name of our acquaintance is Aiden, his nickname is Yang Yang!"

"Oh, for a moment I thought it was really Yang Yang," the girl who asked first had a disappointed look on her face, but she quickly recovered. "Is he good looking?"

This time the girl looked at Abbie and waited for her answer. Everyone else was also paying attention to the chubby girl who became Alex's guardian.

"Let's just say that he is more handsome than Legolas in LOTR," Abbie answered. "He is at least 200% cooler!"

"Oh, my god! Are you serious?! Introduce me to him!"

"Abbie, aren't we friends? Here are some snacks, I have plenty! Take your pick, don't be shy."

Abbie and Alex found themselves interrogated by the thirsty girls who were looking for good looking men to become their boyfriends. Yue Ying noticed that there was a shortage of snacks so she decided to go to the convenience store to buy more. She asked a few of the girls to help her carry the food which they happily accepted.

The welcoming party lasted late through the night. Since tomorrow was Sunday, everyone ate and drank to their heart's content. Alex was the center of attention, while Abbie hovered protectively by his side.

(A/N: They drank soda and fruit juice. No alcoholic beverages were brought to the party.)

When the clock struck eleven, Yue Ying decided that it was time to wrap up the party. She asked everyone to return to their rooms and rest for the night. Once everyone left the common room, she sneakily gave Alex a goodnight kiss on the cheeks before returning to her room.

Abbie could only watch the cold and aloof Dorm Head walked away with a satisfied look on her face. Alex, on the other hand, was yawning from time to time while rubbing his eyes. Clearly, he was exhausted from all the love and care that he had received from his "Big Sisters."

"Let's go back to our room, Alex."

"Un…"

Alex sleepily held Abbie's hand and the two of them headed back to her room. Diana was already sleeping when they arrived. It seems that she was also tired from visiting her family.

The girl's dormitory that Abbie was staying in housed a total of fifty students. Each room had two girls living together with the exemption of the Dorm Head's room. If we were just talking about space, each room could easily accommodate up to four students each. However, instead of quantity, the rooms made up for quality.

The rooms were very comfortable to live in and not cramped like most dormitories. It also came with a private bathroom. This was one of the reasons why Abbie chose this dormitory to live in.

Abbie helped the sleepy boy take off his shoes and lay him comfortably on the bed. Alex was too tired to change his clothes, and Diana was also present in the room. Abbie figured that Alex wouldn't mind sleeping in his shorts and polo shirt so she let it be. After tucking the cute shota in bed with a blanket, she picked a one piece night dress and went inside the bathroom to take a quick shower before going to bed.

Although tomorrow was a Sunday, she still had a few things that she needed to do. One of them was to meet with her parents and introduce Alex to them. She planned to tell them that a friend asked her to look after him while they were on a business trip abroad.

Although she believed that her mother would easily see through her lies, she was hoping that Alex's cuteness would trigger her mother's maternal instincts enough to support her decision.
