Birth of a New Race

Mu Yue tilted her head, "That's all?"

"Yes. The current royal family currently has 3 members, you, me, and my brother. If we all die, there will no longer be any 'royal'. Although it won't mean the end of our race, it is still crucial for us to survive. First, we are the ones that are directly connected to the blood tree. The liquid you absorbed earlier can only be used by the royal family. Then when we become strong, we can distribute our own blood essence to others. Second, if the entire race perishes, as long as one of us is alive, we can start all of it again. That is if there is still a blood tree, no matter if it's just a newly sprouted one from its seed. Third, we have the inheritance of our creator. This is our advantage over other races, we possess knowledge that shouldn't even be known yet."

In a creation of a specific (Humanoid) world, what kind of life will sprout is fixed. A world tree will grow that supports the beasts and humans. A tree of life for the elves, and a tree of death for the vampires.

Every world is similar to each other. However, with the passage of time, some worlds will only have one race among the humans, elves, and vampires as the sole victor. Beasts remain since they are necessary for growth. But not all worlds end as such since some worlds contain multiple races that coexist or are still in an eternal racial war.

One vampire fell in love with an elf. This would normally be fine but both related parties possess strength that can easily destroy a world and such individuals are rare. It was however only a one-sided love as the vampire could not even begin his courtship.

The vampire thought about it and the reason he can't pursue this love was because of his alignment to death. He thought that perhaps he can be a vampire with an alignment to life! Sadly, nothing came out of his experiments.

He no longer cares about his love and is focused on making a vampire with life alignment. No one can create a living being (the races) out of nothing except the worlds/trees themselves.

He wandered around the cosmos and found a newborn world. Sacrificing some of his strength, he managed to bypass the laws and went to a currently sprouting tree of death.

The experiments that he did to himself were also used on the tree. He kept repeating, making sure the tree stays alive until one method existed. A blood tree converted from a vampire tree that now possesses the life alignment.

As time passes, the tree grew and gained sentience. The first generation of the blood race also appeared. They were all his children and family and so he gave them all support he can do. Knowledge, inheritances, and strength.

However, the world has now matured and is forcing him out. He had to bid farewell before the laws themselves devour him and that world. As a sign of respect, he was named the creator, and his gifts were passed from generations to generations.

"You do not have to think much of it. Our main goal is to survive but we also have other goals which is the prosperity of our race. The princesses and princes have no responsibilities other than being the pride of the race. When you are assuming your identity as a princess, I hope that you do not embarrass our race. Only when one grew up would their responsibilities pile up."

Mu Yue listened and memorized this information. She was thankful that being a princess would not cause too much trouble. That was a fact she forgot and got blinded by the title.

"I will officially announce you as a princess the next time you come back. I hope you keep it a secret from anyone else. You already know what the consequences are. That is all. I will let you off for now and will teach you the boring and bothersome things once you are officially a princess."

Days passed by as Mu Yue then learned some new things from Wang Shi and Tan Liqiu. She can't wait to go back and be with Xiao Yan again.

She can now control their unique power and its different uses. She also learned on being 'unpredictable'. She was too focused on controlling her ice and other stuff that she neglected improving her sword skills.
