"I'm sorry about yesterday, my anger got the best of me, and I didn't mean to hurt you."
Her hand was slowly tightening with every second. I do not know if he truly feels guilty or it is just the pain from his wing, but I felt bad for him.
"I forgive you, but control your temper next time you hear the word 'no'," I told him with a small smile.
Flo removed her hand as Bram started hugging me.
"Get off of me and let me eat or I will bite you!"
"Talk about reversed roles, normally it is him biting you." Alex said as he sat down with Viktor next to him.
I noticed that my cousin, Lewis was not at the table, nor Anna.
"I wonder where Anna and Lewis are, it is never good to miss a meal." I said with food in my mouth. "It is always good to stay well fed."
I gave a little bit of the food to Darkie and it started purring next to my ear. I never had a pet but I think this is what it is like with Darkie.
"He is most likely in the library studying and forgetting to eat," Bruce said.
"My dear cousin is probably trying to force feed him and he is clueless on her crush on him," Joy said while laughing.
"Young love, we are at the age of finding the one." Viktor said before kissing Alex on the lips.
That earned laughter on our part and a slap on his. I saw a few female students whispering at a nearby table after the kiss.
"You always say that I'm your one, and then you go flirting with any passing girl and any guy you see." Alex told him while glaring at him. "You are just filled with empty words that flow out of your mouth more than the air itself."
"It speaks!" Flo said before laughing.
Alex is always so quiet and Flo loved to pick on that fact whenever she can. Even though she never acts like it, she is actually the oldest child by a few minutes.
I wonder if I ever find someone and if it will be like Lewis and Anna's love, Alex and Viktor's love, or maybe my own way. But I wonder if Viktor will ever change to keep Alex happy or Alex changing to keep Viktor happy.
"Until you can stop flirting all the time, go sit at another table!" Alex yelled at him as he winked at a girl.
"But, Snowfla-"
"Go."
His pure white wings dragged on the ground as he walked away like a whipped puppy.
"Did someone make a comment about your gayness in class?" Nova asked him and we all looked at him.
Alex smacked his head on the table as I reached out for more food.
"You need to be more forward with your feelings or people will never stop bulling you," Nova told him, "You must accept yourself inside and out. Remember that Viktor only flirts because he thinks that you are feeling guilty for loving him. He never flirts when he is with one of us, only with you around. He truly loves you and he wants you to realize it, but it breaks his heart when you say such cruel things to him."
Alex nodded his head before getting up and walking away. I was surprised on how insightful Nova can act.
"I wonder if brother will get mad if I eat his food." I asked aloud before eating his food.
"Too late to even try to ask." Bruce pointed out.
"Does anyone think that they will ever be happy with each other?" Bram asked.
"I've noticed that Viktor may flirt with girls and guys but he only kisses Alex. Sadly, Alex hadn't noticed that part yet." Flo pointed out, "I hope my dear little twin will understand that soon." She was twirling a fork in her hand with every word.
"Are we going to spend all of lunch gossiping like a bunch of wrinkled hags or are we actually going to study?" Joy asked in her natural rude way.
"What is your next class?" Nova asked.
"English, is it hard?" I asked them.
"English is a fairly easy class but I don't know about the new teacher Professor Jones because I don't have his class until tomorrow." Bruce told us. "If you have trouble, I can tutor you between my nurse duties. Just pop by the medical ward anytime."
"I know it has to do with a lot of writing, personally, I think it is boring! I don't want to go but I have to later today." Florence told us.
"Is that the class that Mom got the note about you not going at all last year?" I asked her.
We all started to laugh at the look on her face. From the glare that Bruce was giving her, I guess she did not want him to know.
