When they heard that familiar voice they startled and almost jumped up from the seat but immediately composed. Rachel scoffed at her but maintained a sweet smile.

My dear friend, it was so long when we catch up with each other, where were you past these days. We thought you never be able to get back in the entertainment industry" -- Rachel asked sweetly.

To everyone, it seemed she is asking her where about's in these past days but actually she is taunting her.

We almost thought that the rumors about you were true back then and you left the entertainment for your own good, others chimed in quietly supporting Rachel.

Understanding her underlying meaning ariel just smiled, "haha, Rachel you have not changed even a bit after all these years, thinking rumors are true.

Is it really matter when I am already here. Hmm, we should hang out more to compensate for the past days of not being in contact right..?" she looked meaningfully at Rachel.

Rachel unable to catch her inner meaning affectionately took her hand into hers and said "yes, yes, of course, we have to catch up on what's happening in our lives.

As you become the official heir, you should be in limelight more from now on. Come on I will introduce you to my husband" saying so she took ariel along with her.

There is a tall figure that is following ariel quietly beside, where ever Rachel is going to take her.

Rachel didn't notice him yet but cheerfully moved forward thinking cunning ways in her rotten mind to embarrass ariel.

When Rachel brought ariel towards Xander, he is discussing the budget with a famous producer sitting along with him.

While he was in the middle of the conversation, Rachel interrupted him greeting the producer and introducing ariel.

Xander stunned with this sudden appearance of the woman who was so docile to him and listened to his every word.

His eyes almost twitched with nonchalance thinking how can she be an heir to such a big conglomerate.

Eric amused with his reaction but kept quite still and was looking at ariel amused with her sweet smile and composure.

Ariel with a cute smile "hello Mr. Dayne and Mr. Bentley, it's nice meeting you, sorry for the disturbance."

Feigning innocence all over her face she added, "my bad I wanted to have a good chat with you Mr. Bentley but it seems you were discussing something serious.

It's okay Rachel, we will talk some other time later, there are many guests whom I have to address yet" saying so ariel turned around to left with eric on tow.

Ariel just winked at eric secretly and even before she moved a step forward Mr. Bentley stopped her and requested to join their conversation along with Mr, Fernandes.

Ariel giving a smirk to eric sat along with on the round table seating. Mr. Bentley started the conversation saying that he intended to produce a movie with Mr. Dayne.

Xander is already mesmerized looking at ariel, with the white floral gown and loose strands falling on her cheeks lightly she looked no less than an angel.

He is somewhat irked looking at eric being so close to her. The woman who was always obedient to him is now so radiant blinding other's views.

Xander shaking her thoughts welcomed ariel warmly the same as before he even started to talk intimately with her about their college days.

Listening to this Xander was quite happy but Rachel narrowed her eyes to look into ariel. Rachel can feel the different vibe she is getting from ariel.

To Rachel, Ariel doesn't look like the same stupid girl in her earlier years where she used to follow both of them blindly.

As she is not yet sure about her behavior, Rachel stayed quiet and listened to their conversation.

Mr. Bentley explained "ah, miss. cooper, how can I put my words into the story, Hmm let me try for you. I want to make a documentary about our country.

I want to introduce our country to the world in a new picture, of course, every country has it's own advantages and disadvantages but I want to make the audience get a fresh feel about their own country."

The same we were discussing, in the documentary I want some fresh actress and actor to be the face of my documentary right Mr. Dayne he looked at Xander.

Xander confidently nodded yes and said, "Mr. Bentley you see this is a film which will get wide popularity once it gets released so if we take popular actors, it will help for the film as well as them".

Ariel said agreeing "Mr. Bentley your idea is very nice, and what Mr. Dayne said also correct" listening to this Mr. Bentley disappointed but still he continued listening.

"But, if you insist on getting new artists for the documentary you should go with the idea after all this will be a good opportunity for them as well the film.

I will also help you in the audition that too only if you want to collaborate with AEC production house, after all, it's about the money we are talking here."

Rachel turned to ariel and said, "ariel why did you say you will help him in auditioning new artists for the documentary when we have almost agreed with me as the main female lead."

Xander narrowed his eyes listening to these words, he felt there is something off a bit which he can't pinpoint exactly in her words.

Eric didn't like staying with them any longer than this, he slightly tugged at her hand which he held in his all this while.

Ariel understanding his uneasiness with these people she blinked in understanding and excusing from them said "it's nice meeting Mr. and Mrs. Dayne, we will meet more often from here to have the same sweet old talks".

Rachel kept on looking both of them all this time unable to contain her fury she blurted "yes, ariel it might be difficult for you after having such a huge loss so we should meet often".

Smiling she hugged ariel whereas listening to her words ariel held eric's hand tightly. Eric not giving any heed to her talk just dragged ariel from there nodding his head.
