Official entry in to the conglomerate

Along the way to the office, eric kept thinking about ariel, her liveliness and cheerful attitude making him giddy.

He doesn't know whether he likes her or not but he seems to enjoy her company.

Apart her flirting and teasing him, remaining all seems not that bad. More over she cannot be fooled or bullied by others. He thought uncle christian must have given good lessons about business.

Here ariel keep on hiccuping, christian clearing his thought asked"it seems some one is thinking about you, isn't it ariel..?"

Ariel with a smirk said "of course uncle, certain shameless couple might be remembering me thinking of ways to step on me. But there is no worry, i have plenty of time to play with them unless they court death by provoking me."

Christian clicking his tongue further said "tsk, tsk, do you think i will let them go. Unless you won't i would have crushed them long back.

You wouldn't have a slightest idea how i felt when i saw in that state, it clenched my heart twisting in pain. Ariel i want them suffer for treating you poorly remember that."

Ariel nodded her head and said "let them grow little powerful uncle, there will be no fun if you crush when they are already dying. It would be more fun to snatching everything from them when they are in glory."

Christian agreeing with her kept quite, soon they reached their head branch. the head branch of evan's group is located in the buzzing area of city B.

This area is the mostly acclaimed business area in the country N. The evan's group of industries is a conglomerate standing as a tall building in the center of the business area.

The building is their own building with 100 floors, even though they have many branches in other countries, being main branch in their home country has to be spacial and lavish.

When their car entered at the entrance of the building it' already 9'o clock and from this time the business hours starts. Looking at the tall building in front of her, areial slightly trembled.

Sensing her hesitation, christian held her hand simply supporting her silently.

Today is the start of her journey into the business world to avenger all her misfortune from certain couple along with gaining lots of happiness and fame.

Christian nodding his head whoever greeted him on his way to the chairman cabin took ariel into the same cabin.

There are many board members who wants to gain their foot in this vast conglomerate and swallow as whole.

Suddenly a mere 23 years single lady becoming their boss is not a thing they are going to digest soon. When ariel accepted the title of future heir, she also prepared to go throw all the difficulties thrown at her.

She is not going to be weak or nervous now, her uncle gave a second life to her which she must utilize in a good direction. Thinking this, ariel is more determined than before to show capability.

There were board of directors already waiting for them to stir some trouble. All of them are mostly at the age of ariel's uncle or grand father.

The thought of a mere woman being dictating them is not something these gender oriented thinking people can tolerate. More over she is just twenty three, what right does she have to become a boss of this conglomerate.

All these people were already rummaging their heads how to take advantage and become next ceo but this situation caught them off guard. But still they are not ready to compromise.

For any successful conglomerate, it's quite normal now a days to face this kind of situation. People are naturally greedy when they especially tasted success with not doing much.

Even after ariel proving herself, they are not at all satisfied with her achievements and are so eager to stir some trouble against her.

Evan's conglomerate is a company which has started by his grandfather which slowly became the biggest conglomerate now. At first it was involved in limited industries.

When christian took over the company as head, he completely changed the company with his hard work and smartness in the business. With the relationships his father maintained he ventured into so many other fields.

Instead of establishing branches in each and every fields, he bought small scale companies which had potential to become more profitable. Like this he established evan's conglomerate.

Evan's family is the biggest share holder in this conglomerate holding 70% shares with an agreement of making some one from their family as the future heir or heiress thus ariel became the heiress.

Apart from this christian himself holds 5% of shares in the remaining. Ariel's mother got 15% of shares from the evan's group shares as a gift when she was born.

This 15% shares naturally came to ariel through her mother. Christian father gave his 50% shares to both ariel and charlie.

The remaining 5% shares is still on their great grandfather's name, once ariel becomes mother then her child will get this 5% shares as a gift from her maternal family.

Ariel's mother is the first girl child born after three generations, so all the evan's family doted on her so much. When she got married she had ariel as the only child, naturally they would dot on this child even more.

Combining all the shares evan's family has 75% making almost to impossible for other to buy their shares. Now Ariel alone holds 45% of shares making her the biggest individual share holder.

Then came her uncle and brother combined holding 20% making them second highest share holders. Even though christian had other siblings they never were interested in the business and are all settled in abroad.

Christian's in laws never contacted him after losing their daughter at the time of charlie's birth. Christian actually ignored him ever since they wanted him to marry their second daughter.

Christian took ariel into the board meeting room when his personal assistant informed him that all of them are waiting. When they reached, ariel witnessed every one of them sitting on their respective chairs.

She smiled as a greeting but all of them just nodded their heads. Ariel raising an eyebrow kept quite and sat on her chair beside her uncle. She is amazed for the audacity of these men.

The men only greeted christian, and directly bombarded him with their nonsensical questions. They were not aware of the shares ariel alone have in her hands. even if she doesn't have evan's group she can still shine brightly in this business circle.

The men all are here were more concerned about their money than the conglomerate as a company. More over they have less impression compared to zero on woman being successful in business.

There are total five members in the board room who have 5% of shares for each. Even though they have very less powers, they have their own companies.

Using their own companies they can compete with evan's group but they very well know what will be the out come if they do so. Hence they doesn't want to take any risk which can destroy their peaceful life.

Ariel listening to their words calmly, explained "dear share holders i can understand your concern don't look at my age. Age is just a matter when it comes to success.

I don't want to waste your time by convincing you instead i will make you agree with my uncle by yourself with my achievements. You can think whatever you want i don't mind at all.

I am still and will be the ceo, if you cooperate with me we will work peacefully with each other. If you don't, no worries, i will still make you do so" she smiled.

The third highest share holder is quite amused with her words. He challenged her " oh young miss, you look like a little lamb who is ready to be slaughtered in this vicious men oriented field.

Alas i can only congratulate you for becoming an young ceo at this age, we would look forward to work with you for this company's growth" saying so he stood up to shook hand with her.

Ariel is skeptical with his words but still shook hands with him and ended the board meeting. She has lot's of work to deal with.

The day started with her being so busy in finishing all the paper work pending in the past days. Her uncle is so excited that he neglected this paper work.

Ariel got an young lady as a personal assistant, her name is emily. She introduced herself and asked whether she needed anything to which ariel said no and asked her to assist in her work.

Eric as soon as went to office had a client meeting with his foreign delegates for a new tablet launch in the coming next month.

He personally invented this latest version of operating system for this tablet.

Charlie simply lazed in his friend's room having a coffee cup in his hands.
