Demonic Art 3

"I was going to let you guys have sex in here." My face burned at Sam's suggestion. "However, I got hungry."

I heard a click and I noticed that Sam took a picture of us. Adam got up and I sat up. Brown, gold, and silver paint-covered part of his body and it looked like he was breaking out of his statue form. He stretched and I realized that I was truly lucky to have him.

"Quick! Take another photo!" I said as I ran over and grabbed his phone. "Don't move!"

I took the photo and Adam gave me a confused look.

"Food first!" Sam shouted in my ear and I almost dropped his phone into a jar of paint. "You are not doing anything art-related until I get my food." He pointed towards Adam. "That includes doing him."

He had us quickly clean up and he gave Adam a spare outfit. I could not deny that I was upset that the new shirt covered his fine muscles.

"What are we going to eat?" Adam asked as Sam dragged us out of the apartment.

"I feel like pizza." He stopped and looked at Adam funny. "Please tell me that I do not have to teach you what pizza is?"

Adam gave him a sly smile before wrapping his arm around my waist.

"I know what pizza is. Just not what it tastes like. I have a basic knowledge of everything. Just not the fine details."

I let out the breath that I did not realize that I was holding. I guess that the gods above must have given him enough knowledge to survive in the world.

As we got to the pizza parlor, I felt something or someone watching me. I quickly looked around but saw that no one was paying attention to us. We got three pizzas to split, one cheese, one veggie, and one meat lovers. It was a good range of flavors for him to try out. Sam prefers veggies while I am a meat lovers fan.

"To great futures ahead of us and finally finding happiness," Sam said as he held up his beer bottle.

"Cheers!" The three of us said together before digging in.

"How come I have not mentioned any lovers?" Adam asked Sam.

"Not interested in people. My lovers are booze and money." He made an excuse instead of telling the whole truth.

Sam likes the idea of lovers but not the idea of relationships. He has been that way for as long as I can remember. He has never felt a romantic pull to anyone before.

It turns out that Adam's favorite pizza is all types of pizza. He took a bite of meat lovers by waiting until I took a bite, and took it out my mouth before I had a chance to chew. His tongue is skilled and strong to do that. I was happy that I finally got help carrying Sam's drunken ass. The man loves to drink but he is an extreme lightweight.

I felt the eyes on me again as we walked home. I tried to look around but found no one but us walking the streets. The feeling refused to leave me until we got to my place.

We dropped Sam on his bed and then I looked at Adam. I could not figure out where to have him sleep. Should I have him take the couch or come into bed with me? He broke me out of my thoughts as he picked me up on his shoulder, and walked out of the room.

"Where is your bed?" He asked as I tried to ignore the butt that was inches away from my face.

Sweet damn, I gave him a really nice ass. I had to resist the urge to grab at it.

"Past my workroom, the door to your left," I mumbled into his lower back.

When we walked past my workroom, I noticed that I needed to clean up my mess tomorrow. The floor had paint and clay chips everywhere. I got thrown out of my thoughts again as he walked into my bedroom. He carefully put me down next to my dresser. I grabbed two pairs of pajama pants. I turned around to face him and my jaw dropped.

He took off his shirt and was in the middle of taking off his pants. I was oddly proud of the work I did on his body until I noticed the scar across his abs. I was planning on fixing the mark but he came alive before I had a chance to fix it. It made his abs look even more chiseled.

"Do you like what you see?" He asked as my eyes followed the ridges of his abs.

"I would be lying if I said no." I handed him my spare pajama pants. "Here, I hope they fit."

As we changed, I kept on stealing glances at him as if I expected him to disappear. As soon as he was done, he wrapped his arms around my chest with his firm chest pushing against my back. His heart was beating at the same beat as mine.

"Come to bed and I will help you have sweet dreams." He whispered in my ear as he lightly tugged me back.

The way my head fit perfectly in the nook of his neck made me feel at peace. He was humming a song and it was lulling me to sleep. He was right on the part of the sweet dream. Normally, all of my dreams haunt me in the waking world until I create them into my artwork.

The sun was shining on my face and it woke me up. My eyes opened to an empty bed. I jolted up and I felt my heart racing. I ran out of my room to search for Adam.

"Please do not let yesterday just be a dream." I mumbled as I searched every room."

"I must be dreaming! This is amazing!" I heard Sam shout out.

I ran to the dining room and saw an interesting sight. There was a breakfast buffet made for ten people and I saw Sam eating most of the food.

"Oh, I was about to wake you up," Adam said as he walked out of the kitchen with a tray full of food.

He lifted the tray above his head as I tackled him. I could feel warm tears running down my face as I held him. I tried to will the tears away because I did not want to ruin his shirt.

"I thought that you were just a dream," I said into his firm chest.

"A dream come true for both of us," Sam said in between bites. "You can have a romantic relationship with someone and I can have a romantic relationship with food."

Instead of answering him, I walked over to him and kicked him off of the chair. Then, I took his chair to eat my breakfast.

"When you stop eating like a pig, you can have your chair back."

"But, I am a lovable pig." He started to rub against my leg. "Oink!"

"I should have used you instead of buying bacon," Adam said playfully as he gave me my breakfast.

Sam was play-crying as I started to dig in. The food tasted like heaven on earth. The eggs and pancakes were as fluffy as clouds. Everything was perfectly seasoned as if it was sprinkled like rain. The bacon and hash browns were the perfect mixes of soft and crispy like the battles of angels and demons. We all jumped when Sam's phone went off, then he ran out of the room after he grabbed the said phone. We continued eating until I heard running feet. I do not know if we had people living below us, I hope not.

"We got approved!" Sam shouted as he tackled me off the chair. "Next week, you are going to have your own art show!" He looked at his feet after helping me up. "But, you need three more new pieces to fit into the gallery's minimum limit."

I held out my hand and he gave his cell phone. I use it for references because I do not own an actual phone. I just never needed one; I do not leave the apartment that often.

"Remember the rules; don't bug me unless it passes 24 hours or food," I told him before going into my workspace.

After I finished on two pieces, I walked out to hand Sam back his phone and to grab Adam. I had him bend slightly forward while holding a tray. I painted him wearing a waiter outfit. After I got the base down, he walked over and pulled up a chair behind me. I could feel his loving gaze on the back of my neck.

The room started to get darker as I finished the last piece. Sam slammed open the door and I fell back. Adam caught the painting's sides before it could fall.

"I do this every day to you and you still get shocked?" Sam asked as I flipped him off.

"It's called Focus!" After Adam put the painting back, he helped me up. "I was busy painting when you came in like a bear coming out of hibernation."

He stuck his tongue out before pushing me into the bathroom. He refused to let me out until I was sparkling clean. Then he dragged us to a Chinese restaurant to eat. I could not stop laughing there because Adam could not work the chopsticks. I had to help him take the lo mein out of his hair.
