"Is there any other way to get rid of diseases from the body?" Sia questions.

"The best way is to not get sick. Precaution is better than treatment right?' Loki said with a chuckle.

"But how?" Sia questions. She understands that everyone should eat healthily. Do exercise, but how? Sia herself has a too busy schedule. She often doesn't even get time to eat peacefully.

"Really Sia? and what you do when you get time to eat peacefully. You eat hurriedly, without even savouring the food, and often while watching the TV."Loki replied while reading her thoughts.

"But....."Sia wanted to say something but realize that Loki has a point.

"I will repeat what Pranik healing teaches us, that is your body has the power to heal you but for that, you need to give yourself time. You guys sit on your table all day, can't you find just twenty minutes to do exercise, it is as simple as taking the walk.

You said that you don't have time, but what will you do when you get sick, that time not only do you need to spend money but also time. And at the end of the day, you are working so hard to earn money, so getting healthy isn't like saving money?" Loki questions.

Sia doesn't have an answer. What Loki saying is the truth. For her cyst, and her PCOD she needs to spend her fraction of salary. And it also make her feel weak. Her doctor tells her that it is due to lack of exercise and stress.

She now completely agree with Loki and decided to take her health seriously.

"Tell me more about this" Sia requested.

"There are some simple rules about health, many of them you might already know, still I will repeat it.

The first thing is your eating habits. See you might hear that you should eat fresh food. And less processed food. You might hear that boiled food is good for your health than baked food, and baked food is more good for your health than oil-fired.

I am not telling you not to eat different types of food, but it is better if you eat the traditional food in your city. Indeed you should try to eat food from different parts of the world, but try to understand the history and properties of that food. And if you are giving the luxury to your tongue then don't forget to take their break the next day, try to eat simple food after eating spicy food in a row.

You might know that according to Ayurveda, there are three types of food, one is Satvik, second is Rajsik and the third is tamsik. According to Ayurveda, you should eat your food considering many factors" Loki tells Sia.

"But isn't it quite a hustle?" Sia questioned, She understands that food is important to factor in life, but still in this busy life, how much time do we get to cook. And there is another factor, she in her college days, do diet. And according to her, the diet food is either boring or either expensive.

And right now food is her happiness. She doesn't want to refuse this deliciously. And now talking about cooking everything at home, not buying package food, is also not always possible for her.

"Yes, I understand. But you can still try to read more about it and try to add some good things and remove some harmful things for you, there is also the second rule which is you should always eat 80% of your hunger. It means you shouldn't eat full. It is quite harmful for your body."Sia on this statement of Loki remembers how many times she eats extra food at parties or restaurants.

" How to recognize the best food for yourself" Sia suddenly question.

"the best food is which not only make your fresh and healthy. It also must fill your stomach and also quite tasty" Loki replied. Sia decided to think more about this later.

"Also you might know that people do fast on Ekadashi( 11th day after full moon and new moon). They don't eat anything on that day, just some fruits and water, this to give your body to do other work than only digest the food you eat. And you also should eat more food and drink enough water. But here I am saying enough water, don't overdo it."Loki tells her.

"Also there are some rules about food like it is best if you eat plentiful but easily digestible breakfast, then you eat lunch which is not so heavy and then talking about dinner, it should be light, and it is better if you can take your dinner as early as possible.

But I understand that it is not easy for many people to eat early, but they can make sure that their dinner is light" Sia realized that she is doing exactly the opposite of it. She often eat dinner heavily and skip breakfast. And often her dinner is as late as 11 PM.

"I...." Sia wanted to say more, but Loki stop her.

"There are also other things which matter. first is the person who is cooking, if the person who is cooking your food has negative thoughts then it might affect you, the second is the place you are eating, and the third is your emotions while you are eating. You might not able to control the first one in some cases, but you can control the third right?"

"Yes," Sia replied. She remember the rule of her mom, about not talking while eating. She remembers that she often watches the news while eating. Which is a really bad habit.

"Now also the containers which you use for cooking, they affect you very much. The best container to eat food is of course made of natural things like the leaves of banana etc, as banana's leaves has natural properties which are very useful for body, but if you can't then the plates and other things made by soil are also good. If you are not able to get that, then do yourself a favor and try to avoid eating in plastic. Also instead of a plastic bottle try to carry a glass bottle for water" Loki suggested to her.

"Okay" Sia decided to follow as many things as she can.

"And the last but not the least about food. God created the world, so he is the one who creates spicy, sour, sweet, bitter, and salty things. So you should enjoy everything but in limit"

"Hmmm" Sia to be honest hear many of the things in this, but right now with her PCOD, and her not-so-productive state, she wanted to do something with this. She decided to apply as many things as she can and live a better life.
