'Sleep is one of the most important things in our life, it is our bodies natural healing system, after a good night sleep, lots of the time our bad mood improves and also we feel happy, also if we feel pain, or something else, it lessens after a good sleep, so sleep is the most important thing, nowadays insomnia is normally found in people and more surprisingly it is also found in young people, so here are all the things which are related to sleep.

1. Before sleeping -

a. We must do dinner three hours before going to sleep.

b. before sleeping you must put your cell phone and laptop in another room, or far away from you, the reason is well known already. The rays emitted through the screen is often make us lose sleep.

You all sleep with scrolling on insta or reading something online, but it is a very bad habit.

Before your usual sleeping time put away the things and read a book or write a diary or write your next day's to-do list, but don't use the screen half an hour before going to sleep.

c. If you do your daily night beauty routine, then you must also wash your feet, if not then wash your foot sole before sleeping. One of the reasons for skin problems like acne etc is unclean feet, mostly unclean sole, surprising right, but it is true.

d. Apply oil to the soles of your feet, it is useful to improve your vision, and also help your bones, it has other benefits too. Coconut oil is best to apply on the sole.

e. While sleeping use clothes that are soft, and loose, usually your bedsheets, pillow color, and curtains of your bedroom should be light-colored, like green, light blue, and according to Vastu shastra lavender is the best choice of color for nightclothes and bedsheets.

f. You should never keep your head on the north side while sleeping, always make sure to do this because we put dead bodies heads in that direction, it is mentioned in Veda's, and also it is scientifically proved. It is related to the south and north pole and our body's magnetic property.

g. If you sleep on sides, then sleep on your left side, and while waking always rotate your body, and wake up on the right side, important to remember this.

h. If possible use an earthen lamp while sleeping, it is best if you sleep in a dark room, but if not, then use very mild light. You can also use a diffuser or spray rose water on your bedsheets in small quantities. Good smell helps you sleep fast.

i. Don't leave your hair as it is, comb it while using fingers, and make a braid.

j. Don't make a grumpy face while sleeping.

k. Don't think any angry thoughts while sleeping, if possible then write down your feelings, but don't go to sleep with a frown on your face.

l. If you have a problem while sleeping blink your eyes fast, it makes your eyes tired and helps you fall asleep. You can also do Yoga Nidra or try to read before sleeping. Sleep Meditation is useful.'
