Under the extreme circumstance, Mina is thrown into despair, hatred and love all that the same time, but will the experience break her or make her ‘better?’

When a Genius Makes a Mistake

Although Mina knew Mills was eager to confirm the news of a twin pregnancy, the woman waited for her before making a doctor's appointment. She was an amazing friend, and she was excited to have 'pregnancy partners,' a term Mina was certain Mills made up. The women sat in the doctor's office, slightly nervous as they quietly watched their partners having a hushed conversation at the other end of the room. Mina did not understand why Ian was not sitting next to her, or why Drax was not sitting next to his wife, and it kind of annoyed her that her husband was not paying attention to her when she felt like he should have been.

"Don't take it personally," Mills said. "They're having sex talk right now." Mina's eyes snapped to Mills' face, and she shook her head, unwilling to believe that was the case.

"No, they aren't. Ian doesn't talk like that." Mills laughed hysterically, laughing even harder when she realized that Mina was serious.
