Ian knew that captor bonding could set in within hours, but seeing Mina kiss Ren Loam was almost too much for his heart. His wife did not even acknowledge him as she slowly made her way to Drax, telling the man that if anything happened to Ren or his wife, she would never let it go. It shocked Ian, but he felt as though Mina resonated with the woman because of their similar circumstances. After her order, she went straight to Dom, still ignoring her husband as she did. Ian was terrified, but Drax told him that he did not know what happened when she was alone, and although he was saddened by her coldness, Ian chose to listen to his friend, giving his wife space instead of climbing into the same vehicle as her.
