"Hee-Haw!"
A donkey?!
The group simply stared at the gaping hole above ground, the head of a donkey looking back at them.
"You guys alright?"
The donkey's head returned to the surface as a voice could be heard thanking an old man for lending them his donkey? A rope ladder then dropped down, "HURRY UP!"
"Lidle?!" exclaimed Kevin, shocked and stupefied.
With no time left to lose, the group quickly climbed up the ladder, greeted by the harsh sun and two people. One of them whom they recognised as Lidle however the other. That person was a fair skin young man, younger than lidel with long green hair and chilling yellow eyes. He wore a simple white robe and was barefoot.
Shielding his eyes, "Lidle, thanks for saving us but who's this guy?" asked Kevin as he looked at the strange new companion.
The stranger smiles, " My name is shahid. I would say nice to meet you but we don't have a lot of time left till the wedding."
THE WEDDING!
(Alexander POV)
The wedding..shit!
Rushing forward, I grabbed shahid by the collar, anxiously asking, " THE WEDDING?! IT'S TODAY!"
I must have looked like a wreck but Shahid didn't freak one bit.
"Yes the wedding is today. The others meaning the groom is currently under mind control and his siblings are getting suspicious. It's possible we may be able to stop the wedding."
This shined a new ray of hope on us as we couldn't help but sigh in relief.
"That is if we make it on time."
"THEN LET'S HURRY!" shouted Maximilian as he hurriedly tried to find transport with the rest of us following suit.
(Timeskip)
"ha....ha..does anyone here have transport magic?!" panted Julius as he looked up the glaring sun, vultures circling from above.
"You do know there's a magic carpet seller right over there, right?" said Lidel as he pointed over at the other side, where a set of magic carpets were laid out.
.
.
.
.
.
"HHHUUUHHH?!"
Marching over to the stall, the owner a average looking middle age man looked at us strangely. I guess we did look like a bunch of street rats.
"Sir, we like to buy some of your magic carpets." said Lidel
"Go away! I don't deal with a bunch of hobos!" grumbled the man as he tried to shoo us away.
"But sir, we would just Like to buy your-" Alfred was cut short as the man kicked a blast of sand at us
"I SAID GO AWAY!"
Well this guy has some issues
" Please sir, I beg you. We are in a urgent and important situation." pleaded Shahid. The owner's eyes looked thoughtful for a moment before holding Shahid in a ....rather romantic way.
"Well maybe, I will do it for you after all you're a very beautiful woman." kissing his hand, the owner's eyes were filled with lust.
yuck!
"That idiot." mumbled Lidel as he facepalmed.
"What do you mean?" asked Claude almost terrified of what would happened.
"Just watch."
(Timeskip)
"I can't believe..."
"...we just stole...."
"well you guys have to leave with the guilt." said Shahid almost nonchalantly.
Shahid had, I don't know whether to say fortunately or not, had beat the owner up and tied him to a rock. It almost made me terrified, almost.
"By the way, is it possible to reverse the effects of the mind control Reius and William?" asked Lidel as he manoeuvred the carpet to the right path.
"William?!"
oh right, they don't know about the gender.
(After explaining)
"so anymore questions" asked Kevin as he stared at the three morons who were lost in the air.
.
.
.
"I CAN'T BELIEVE I HAVE A YOUNGER BROTHER! I FEEL LIKE THE HAPPIEST MAN IN THE WORLD!" cried (?) Julius.
....was this guy serious.
Flipping his hair back, Shahid told us that there was indeed a way to snap them out of the trance and handed the each of us a sort of spray. In the bottle contained a luminescent red liquid, instructing us if anyone of us were near even one of them, we needed to spray them with the potion.
We all nodded, ready to what we knew was a coming battle.
(Royal palace)
"Hey Neelam, don't you think something's odd?" asked Iman as he overlooked at the gathering party of guests, each member wearing formal clothes. He, himself was also wearing a formal attire. A black sherwani and white bottoms. A matching white scarf was tied across his chest. A set of chandelier earrings dangled from his ears and gold bangles glimmered in the sun. His hair was braided back and tied in a ponytail
"What do you mean?" asked Neelam. She was adding the finishing touches to her make-up. She was wearing a silk green sari with gold zari embroidery. Garlands of flowers were place perfectly in her braided hair that were secured by gold pins. Like Iman she also had a set of chandelier earrings dangled by her ear, although these were a lot more elaborate. A gold choker was secured on her neck and hands were decorated with Hana'a designs. Gold bangles were placed on both arms and legs.
"This wedding. Everything! Isn't it odd that we have not heard one word from either the groom or bride? Not only that I don't even see anyone from the bride's side from here!"
Neelam knew something was up to but was too afraid of the theory she had.
"You're not wrong in thinking so."
"Brother Mazaru, sis."
Mazaru and Rita were both wearing elegant and formal looking attires. Mazaru in a silver sherwani with white bottoms. He wore his usual gold necklace and bangles. Rita was in a red lehenga with her usual flowers and veil. Like Neelam, she had a set of gold necklaces and bangles.
"Father's been acting very weird this past few days." said Rita
"It's also unlike Julius to leave just like this." commented Mazaru as he crossed his arms
Raising her hand shakily, " Is it possible that maybe father is plotting something."
*clap*clap*clap*
Turning around, the siblings found themselves face to face with the very man they were talking about.
"Very good, my dear Neelam. You were always smart although you lacked confidence." commented the visor as he finished clapping.
"Did you do something to them?" asked Mazaru softly, glaring harshly at his father.
"Them? Oh, you must mean the snowdanians and that dunce."
"DON'T YOU CALL REIUS A DUNCE! YOU DEAD BEAT!" shouted Iman as he almost lunged at the man. Only to be prevented doing so by Rita who placed a hand on her destructive brother-in-law.
Calmly, she looked at her father-in-law with empty eyes. " Well it seems that our suspicions were confirmed, grand visor. How wonderful, you may have used and seen us as nothing but your pawns however calling your own son a dunce is crossing the line."
The man laughed, before placing a hand in front of them. Slowly, the doors closed shut.
"So he locked us in huh..." mumbled Iman as he slowly walked towards the end of the room. circles emblazoned with yellow then started to form. With a faint gust of wind, a large sword appeared in his hand. Its shape like a cleaver or knife but a sword no less.
Screaming in his wake, Iman slashes against the door only to be rebounded by a red shield.
Slamming into the wall, Iman falls to the ground.
"Iman! Are you alright?!" shouted Neelam as she supported him up.
Panting harshly, Iman nods before eyeing the door with contempt.
"That damn old man."
