Paparazzi

"I'm here to collect my twenty thousand dollars."

Cathryn announced as she stared at his brown eyes. Even with the tired red tinge, they were a thing of beauty. Dragon tattoos covered the entirety of one arm and half his bare chest.

How many months had passed and it wasn't gone yet. Maybe, Alexander had secretly liked her art since he wasn't bitching about it yesterday. Well, she was glad that she made a mistake on the mixture since it was supposed to be gone by now.

Cathryn got a pristine white shirt from their closet early in the morning so she could sleep for a while without the stench of vomit on her body. She shivered in disgust as she remembered what Blake had done.

The shirt was so large that it kept falling back from her shoulders. It had been a daring choice for her since she had to continuously hold it up or the guys would see her lack of boobage.

This beautiful man, Alexander, easily had her beat for the skin on show. He wore just a pair of jeans, a couple of small silver earrings as his head rested on top of the toilet seat.

Alexander got a monster hangover and it was the first time she saw him like this. He was a complete mess more than Blake who was sleeping peacefully on his bed while she lay comfortably on Alexander's bed.

"Aspirin?" Cathryn asked.

He was ogling Cathryn's body as his gaze darted to her face then to the white shirt she wore. "Yes. Please give me."

Cathryn handed him the glass of water and placed two pills into his outreached hand, the same one she had given Blake before he passed out after throwing up his intestines. Alexander sat back and took the pill, watching her intensely as he drank and it made her uncomfortable.

"Thanks," Alexander said, then swallowed the aspirin as he pressed a hand on his temples. "What had happened last night? And what's with these twenty thousand dollars?"

"Wanna talk about this through coffee? I have ordered French Toasts for breakfast." Cathryn asked him and Alexander nodded as he stood carefully, leaning one hand against the wall. She needed him to be in a good mood before asking for her money.

"I need to take a shower first." He grumbled as he pushed a hand on his crappy hair, getting it out of his eyes. "I stink."

"I already showered since I got Blake's vomit all over me. Here, have this." Cathryn said as she showed a fluffy towel on his face and the hotel bathrobe on her hand. "I'll wake Blake up."

"Holy shit," Alexander whispered. "You won twenty thousand dollars from Blake and me?"

"You don't remember or you don't want to pay me?" Cathryn asked as she crossed her arms, glaring at the guys back and forth.

"I don't remember." By the amused glint of Alexander's blue eyes, Cathryn knew he was probably lying. "I only remembered something about virgins."

"How about you then, Blake?" Cathryn asked her voice hardening a little. She was ready to kill two teenage rockstars on the spot. She wasn't falling to their trap.

But sadly, she had no video or written contract about the game.

Who would?

A verbal agreement would be enough for a drinking bet but she had no recordings whatsoever.

"If Alexander didn't remember then I refused to talk," Blake smirked as he took a sip of his morning coffee leisurely. "It's a shame that I can't recall too."

She wanted to wack both of their heads with a paddleboard.

"You have got to be fucking kidding me." Cathryn's voice dropped to a dangerous whisper as she ran a frustrated hand over her hair. "We had evidence over the place."

"Do you want to drag us into court for your twenty thousand dollars?" Alexander said, watching her through narrowed eyes.

"I don't want to involve the Court because I couldn't afford a lawyer. But, I won the card games without cheating," Cathryn said, swallowing hard as she held back unshed tears. "I didn't participate in all these stupid bets just to get home empty-handed."

"I'm going home," Cathryn growled. "Don't waste my time anymore."

She turned around and advanced through the exit, leaving them hanging.

The bastards didn't even attempt to look up from the food she had ordered for them and call her back, or tell her not to go. She rubbed the pulsating vein behind her neck and tried to relax. She was too young to have high blood pressure.

When she unlatched the door she heard it, Cathryn heard her name being called out over and over and her mouth opened in surprise.

Her name, Alexander's and Blake's, were mixed into a barrage of endless questions.

All of which merged into chaos. A wall of noise she could barely comprehend. Cathryn stood gaping in disbelief as flashlights blinded her, her heart hammering in his chest.

"When's the baby due, Cathryn?"

"Were Blake and Alexander with you in the Hotel room?"

"Who is the father of your baby?"

"Is your relationship with Blake and Alexander a polyamorous one?

"How does it feel like to be in a relationship with rising teenage rock stars, Cathryn?"

"Are you having a threesome in there?"

"Is it true that you have banged all the members of Mild Savagery?"

"How long have you been seeing each other?"

"What do you say to accusations that you've broken up the band?"

Cathryn snapped out of the chaos and got back inside with unreasonable calm, closing the door shut and activated all of its locks.

She went back to where Blake and Alexander were and they remained in their seat, unmoving, as they eat their breakfast in the kitchen.

They barely couldn't look at her and ignored her existence completely as if it wasn't a big deal.

Cathryn inhaled a deep breath, exhaled, and yelled at them. "WHAT THE FUCK WAS THAT?"
