Drunk Dragons and Holy Swords

3rd Person POV

"So...where to begin..." (Y/N) pondered, thinking of what to say to his mother and sister first. "Well, I guess I should probably start with a pretty big thing. "I uh...I'm a devil. Yeah, I know. It sounds bad. But trust me, we don't condemn innocent people to hell or anything like that. In fact, we kinda just make deals with people who call us and protect the city. It happened when I was attacked by a fallen angel and I came close to dying. Actually...I think I did die. But I was reincarnated as a devil. I met other devils too, they're the other members of the Peerage. They're all really nice. After that, it took some getting used to being a devil but it all worked out eventually. I actually made enough stride I managed to make a pact with a familiar, she's a God Beast named Kohaku. You'd love her Kazuki, she's a white tiger. But a big fluff ball. After her I managed to summon Artoria. She's a Heroic Spirit I met in my dreams. Have no idea how I managed to pull that off but she's here regardless. She's an amazing swordswoman. And she has an seemingly bottomless pit for a stomach."

He smiled. "You'd love her, Mom." He said. "After all that, some asshole popped up saying he was Rias's fiancé. But that ended after I beat him in a duel. Well...Took two tries but it ended alright in the end. Oh, Rias is my master. She's the one who revived me as a devil. She's...the one who gave me another chance at life." He smiled again. "She's pretty incredible. But everyone's really awesome too. Asia's an amazing healer. We met right outside the house. She was lost and I helped her with directions. Turns out, she was working for the enemy. But even so, she defended me. Someone who she barely knew. But...In the end she died because of me. But she was brought back under our ranks as a devil. But even after all that, she's a really sweet girl and very kind. Akeno's amazing with magic. She's a bit of a dominatrix, but's she's a sweet girl and helps me out a lot. Koneko too. She's stoic most of the time but she's cool too. Issei's a devil too. He's actually getting better at being a person. Still a perv though." He laughed halfheartedly. "Kiba's really cool too. He's a total badass when it comes to swordplay. He, Koneko and Issei actually went with me on a road trip in America to help deal with a stray causing problems. They...They almost died because of me." He clenched his fists tightly. "How can they just let that go? They nearly died protecting me. Yet they hold nothing against me. Maybe Kiba's actually showing how mad he is finally. He's going through something, and I want to help him but he told me to stay out of it. I can tell he's hurting. I can't just sit by while one of my friends in suffering like that! But...I don't know what to do..."

He sat in silence for a brief moment before continuing on. "All this stuff is happening...Time keeps moving on without you...And it hurts!" The tears finally began to show. Falling down onto his hands as he hung his head. "It hurts that you aren't here with me. To be apart of my life. Maybe if you hadn't taken me in, then you'd still be alive!" He cried. "But...I so thankful for the both of you. You welcomed me into your home and lives. Made me apart of your family when I had nowhere else to go. You took in a boy...A boy who had no idea who..." He looked down to his hands. "Or what he was. But you took him in and accepted him as your son. Your little brother. Gave him so much love and affection he haven't felt from anyone else. I'll always be grateful to be a Kazami; to be apart of your family. But...I don't feel I deserve to carry your name. I failed to save either of you...And this is all I can do to make up for it...I'm sorry..." He weeped. "I really miss you two..." He gripped his pants. "But I will keep my promise..." He rose up, looking to the tombstone with a determined gaze. "I'll keep living. I have people who are counting on me. Just like you said would happen...I love you guys." He grabbed the unopened Dragonslayer sake and turned around to head back to the Matsuda Family Shrine. "I'll see you around Kazuki...Mom." He bid his farewells and proceeded to walk back down the hill.

Step after step through the seemingly empty forest, darkness seemed to encroach his vision and his body began to grow heavier by the second. His chest began to grow tighter and tighter by the second. He stumbled towards a tree and barely caught himself. "Shit...This again?" He questioned in irritation, gripping his chest tightly as the pain grew. 'Maybe...I should just lay down. This should pass after a while...' He thought, feeling his legs cave in to the weight of his body and numbness. 'Yeah...Let's just...Lay down..." His body slid against the tree, his body and heart finally giving up. "...For a...Minute..." His eyes shut and his heart stopped.

Familiar Forrest

(Y/N)'s heart began to beat once again. Feeling to his body slowly began to return to his body. His mind began to slowly become active and consciousness began to return. His eyes slowly began to reopen, yet his vision was rather blurred. His head couldn't stop ringing, the sound was unbearable to his ears, even more so due to his devil and draconian senses. He placed his hand against his face, putting pressure on his temples in hopes of having the pain subside. "Oh God..." His bickered. "Is this what having a hangover feels like?" He questioned, despite not actually knowing due to him being unable to get drunk.

The pain finally began to subside.

He took a deep breath and calmed himself, feeling his body and mind return to normal. "That was different." He claimed as he looked to his chest. Placing a hand against his heart, he felt it's steady and natural pulsing and beating. "I really need to find a way to stop these from happeni-" He looked up, suddenly realizing he was no longer in the forest behind the Matsuda Family Shrine, but instead the Familiar Forest.

(Y/N) simply sat in silence, trying to process the current events and location. "What...The Hell..?" He asked. He looked around for his belongings, only to find the bottle of Dragonslayer off to the side. He grabbed it and lifted himself up. 'Alright then..." He said, looking around the seemingly dead forest coated by the pale moonlight. 'This place was red last time I was here.' He pointed out. "TOWJI?!" He cried for the familiar master, only to receive no response. "TOWJI?!" He yelled louder, received by nothing. "Seriously?! Where's that rhyming moron when you need him?!" He bickered. "Wait..." he said to himself, slapping himself on the head. "Teleportation!! Duh!!" He realized.

He began to focus on his desired location, only to find himself unable to teleport. 'Oh come on!" He bickered, making a second attempt, yet to find himself still present in the Familiar Forest. "...Great!" He waved his arms, only to smack them against his side. "Can't teleport. And Towji is nowhere to be seen." He sighed. "Guess that's why we all went as a group last time. This place might only be accessible to those who're accepted. But that still begs the question...HOW THE FUCK DID I GET HERE?!" He roared loudly. Sighing in defeat, he look down the path before him. "Well, this place has got to be connected to somewhere in the real world. Not gonna find nothin' by just standing around..." He claimed as he headed down the path before him.

"TOWJI!! GET YOUR ASH KETCHUM LOOKIN' ASS OUT HERE NOW!!!" (Y/N) roared in anger, only to hear birds chirp as they flew away. "GOD DAMN IT!!! Now this is just pissing me off!!" He growled.

"Screaming your head off won't help you know." Starvlador said.

"I know! But what the hell am I supposed to do?!" (Y/N) replied. "I'm not thinking straight! I'm emotional! I'm freaking out! What the hell am I supposed to do?!" He questioned the dragon residing within his right arm. He looked down to said arm and saw the bottle of sake given to him by the mysterious client before. He thought for a moment and made a decision. "Fuck it." He said as he removed the wrapping around the bottle.

"Whoa wait, hang on! What're you doing?" The True Dragon asked.

"I'm taking a drink. Hopefully this'll help calm me down a bit." He informed as he removed the cap. "Besides, I'm kinda thirsty from all the yelling."

"(Y/N) wait! That's not-?!" Starvlador was silenced the second he realized (Y/N) was no longer listening and proceeded to down a few gulps of the bottled sake.

The moment the Azure Dragon Emperor chugged the sake, his eyes widened. His body quickly began to feel numb and warm. His mind blurred as did his vision. "HO SHIT!!!" He said before taking another drink.

Starvlador sighed. "Dragonsalyer is said to be able to intoxicate the most powerful of Dragon Emperors. It's said to even rival that of the God Soma's wine. One drink is usually enough to-"

(Y/N) released a powerful and loud belch, practically shaking the ground and trees nearby. "Oh yeas! Now that'sh shome good shit!!" He slurred.

"Oh boy..." Stravlador worried.

Time Skip

For the next hour, (Y/N) continued to wander through the darkest parts of the Familiar Forest, all while completely intoxicated.

"Oh man~ Ish sho daark! I can't shee shiit!!" (Y/N) laughed. "YAY!!! WANDER THROUGH THE DARKNESSH TONIGHT~!!!" He sang happily and full of glee.

"OPEN YOUR EYES!!!" Starvlador roared.

Eventually, the drunken devil stumbled across the blocked off part of the forest. He looked down to the sign, squinting his eyes and reading 'KEEP OUT!' on the sign hung between two trees by a chain. "HA!!!" He laughed, stepping on the sign and stomping it to the ground as the chains and trees broke and fell as well. "I'm gon go wher Is wants to!!" He proclaimed as he continued onward.

'Oh great. It's getting worse...' Starvlador bickered. Suddenly, he took notice of a familiar yet unknown presence. "What the...(Y/N) hang on!"

"HAAAA?! What?! You gonna tell me to go back?! A DRAGON EMPEROR RUNS FROM NO CHALL-?!" The intoxicated Dragon Emperor's rant was silence by bumping into something massive. He stumbled back a few steps before stopping himself from falling. He hiccuped as he looked up.

Laying before the Azure Dragon Emperor was a being long since extinct. The only heritage that remained of these great beasts were known as "Lesser" creatures, though sharing similar qualities. Scales as green as emeralds. Horns as sturdy-looking as a sequoia tree. Wings as big as boulders and black as a pitch dark cave, it's claws just as big. Eyes as sharp and vicious as a topaz. Teeth as long as a sabretooth's and twice as sharp as an orca's. The creature that laid before (Y/N), was and honest and true Dragon. A European shaped Dragon laid on it's stomach, simply staring at (Y/N).

(Y/N)'s eyes widened from shock and his mouth dropped open. He slowly began to sober up due to the shock. 'No way...Is this a-?!'

"Human..." The giant beast spoke, a hint of hostility in it's tone. "Out of what hole dids't thou crawl?!"

(Y/N) slowly began to speak. A smile spouted on his face. "A DRAGON!!!" He cried in joy. He ran to the beast and jumped onto it's snout. "IT'S A DRAGON!!! WE'RE NOT ALONE ANYMORE!!!" He cheered. "HUG ME!!!"

The Dragon simply shook off the intoxicated young devil. "Depart insolent human! Other wise I SHALL EAT YOU!!!" It roared, blasting a mighty wind.

(Y/N) simply stared at the Dragon. His attention slowly shifted to the massive sword that appeared to be pierced inside the Dragon's stomach.

"Alas, I am going to die as well." The Dragon said, only to laugh. "How tragic it is; The last being I meet is a pathetic human."

"So, do you like listening to yourself talk?" The young devil asked.

The dragon fell shocked to his question.

"Is huffing at people like your hobby or something?" He asked.

"H-How dare you-?!"

"You want me to pull that out?" He asked, suddenly appearing by the Dragon's side as he pointed at the giant sword.

"Huh? Well-" The Dragon hesitated.

(Y/N) began to climb on the beast as he made his way to the sword.

"No!!" The beast attempted to stop the young devil. "You fool!! If a mere human touches God's sword their mind shall be torn-!?" The Dragon quickly fell silent by shock as she watched (Y/N) grabbing the blade with his Blazblue.

"Hey..." (Y/N) spoke. "For your information, I'm not a human. I'm a devil." He corrected. "Besides, if God really exists..." He grunted, slowly managing to pull the sword out from within the Dragon's stomach. "Then why'd he...Make...My...Life..." He grunted, successfully pulling the sword out further as he continued his rant. "A LIVING HELL?!" He roared, removing the blade of God from within his fellow Dragon. He stared at the sword, a disinterested gaze in his eyes before he tossed behind him. He summoned Oath Maker and rose it high. "Heal!!" He chanted, summoning a warm green glow that covered the Dragon's wound and slowly began to heal it.

The Dragon simply watched in silence, mostly due to shock.

He hopped down and walked over to his bottle of Dragonslayer and took a seat right in front of the beast once again. "Now then, I'm sure I'm still drunk and this is most likely a hallucination...BUT WHY DO DRAGONS HAVE TO BE SUCH JERKS?!"

The Dragon looked at the angered young devil, a sweat drop slid down it's head. "Apologies. You saved me regardless and it is appreciated." The creature thanked. "I was defeated in battle with the Gods and barley escaped into this world." The Dragon explained. "I imagine you only managed to remove that sword because you lacked faith...I am truly grateful."

"Yeah, well, I'm a devil so I'm sure that helped a bit." He claimed bluntly.

"You what?!" The Dragon questioned.

(Y/N) removed the cap from his bottle and poured some of the liquor into it. He downed it in one gulp and became intoxicated immediately. "OH YEAH!!! THERE'SH THE OL' BUZSH!!!" He slurred in his cheer as he poured another shot. "You wan' a drink?" He offered. "Come on!" He cheered. "Share a drink with meh!! To your health!!" He cheered.

The European Dragon hesitated.

(Y/N) immediately began to cry fake tears. "Why won't you drink with me?" He whimpered. "We're both Dragons..."

The Dragon immediately felt a sense of guilt from (Y/N)'s façade. Suddenly, an orange magic circle appeared in front of the beast as it rose to it's hind legs. The beast glowed and it's form quickly changed.

From the blinding light emerged a girl with orange hair with red and pink tips, curved horns and orange-red eyes, wearing nothing but a cloak to cover her body and a stoic expression. An emerald green dragon tail dropped down from the cloak, indicating to the intoxicated devil it was still the Dragon from before.

"OH!!!" He marveled. "So, you're a lady Dragon, huh?" He asked before he hiccuped.

The Dragon Girl took the small class cap from the young devil and sat in front of him. "Yes. I am female. To be honest; I detest using this form." She hissed, downing the shot of Dragonslayer.

"WOAH!!! YOU DOWNED THAT LIKE IT WAS NOTHIN'!!!" (Y/N) cheered. "YAY!!! DRINKING BUDDY!!!"

"I can already tell this is going to be an exhausting night..." Starvlador sighed.

Time Skip

Several hours had passed since (Y/N) and the Dragon Girl began drinking. And things had escalated quickly between the two.

"FOR REAL!!! I WORK HARD ALMOSHT EVERY DAMN DAY, AND ALL I ASHK FOR ISH ONE DAY OFF EVERY ONCSHE IN A WHILE!!!" (Y/N) yelled in drunken rage. "I'M TELLIN' YA, THISH WORLD CAN GO SHUCK A RAILROAD SHPIKE!!!"

"YEAH KEEP PREACHIN' BROTHA!!! LEMME BRING AN END TO THIS PLACE FOR YA!!!" The Dragon Girl cheered.

"AND WHA THE HELL?! I TRY AND HELP YOU WITH SOMETHING AND YOU BRUSH ME OFF?! SCREW YOU KIBA!!!" (Y/N) ranted as the Dragon Girl blew fire from behind him before he screamed in drunken anger.

"DO NOT ASSUME ALL DRAGONS ARE REALLY LOLICONS WHO RANDOMLY DEMAND VILLAGES' VIRGIN DAUGHTERS!!!" She ranted before she screamed in drunken rage.

The two Dragon's started laughed wholeheartedly through their drunken interaction, simply enjoying each others company as they continued to make utter fools of themselves. The Dragon Girl belched fire, causing the two to laugh even harder to the point where they collapsed to the ground, panting heavily and laying right next to each other.

The two simply laid in silence for a moment, gazing at the stars above in the vast open sky.

"...Nights like these..." (Y/N) uttered. "Kinda reminds me how lonely I used to be." He said with a genuine smile.

"...I wish I could say the same...I truly am alone here." She claimed. "There's no one...Just me."

(Y/N) looked to the Dragon Girl, slowly closing eyes upon making a decision. He rose up and stretched. "Do you have anywhere to go?" He asked as he rocked his head.

The Dragon Girl rose up. "..No. But to be fair, I have been alone from the start." She said.

(Y/N) looked at the Dragon Girl from the corner of his eye. "Well..." He said.

The Dragon Girl looked to the young devil in confusion.

"Do you wanna stay with me then?" He offered casually.

The Dragon Girl starred at the young devil in shock. Her cheeks became flushed and tears began to well up in her eyes. Her body trembled from utter happiness and joy. "YES I DO!!!" She proclaimed.

(Y/N) smiled. "Awesome..." He said, offering her his hand. "My name's (Y/N) (L/N)." He smiled.

The Dragon Girl smiled and accepted his offered hand. "My name's Tohru."

Out of nowhere, a pair of paper-like spheres bounce over to them, rolling closer before stopping.

(Y/N) and Tohru simply stared at the small balls for few seconds, only to blink at them.

"Theshe shmokebombsh?" He questioned, only to be blasted in the face by one of the small balls in question.

Torhu growled at the sudden attack. "WHO DARES?!" She questioned, baring her fangs and revealing her wings and claws.

As the smoke began to slowly settle, the assaulter reviled to be Towji himself, carrying a seemingly unconscious (Y/N).

"You..." Torhu growled. "Release him if you value your life!"

"Oh don't you worry, I'm just sending him home..." He suddenly opened a swirling white portal behind him, only to toss the young devil in it. "FAR AWAY FROM YOU AND YOUR FURY!!!"

"NO!!!" Torhu cried, blasting past the misunderstanding Familiar Master and reached for her new master, only to have the portal close right in front of her. She crashed down to the ground and laid in silence.

Towji laughed proudly. "Take that Chaos beast! You've failed to make that boy-"

The ground suddenly began to shake, only growing more violent with each passing second.

"Your..." Towji looked around, quickly noticing the murderous aura surrounding and emanating off of Torhu.

"...Feast..." Towji gulped in fear.

"Say your prayers..." Tohru suddenly glowed white, returning to her true from. He turned her head and stared at the Familiar Master dead in the eyes. "Because this is the night you die!"

Towji immediately turned pale from fear, his body from from fear. His entire being became engulfed in fear.

Everything soon faded to white for Towji, the Master of Familiars.

Kuoh City

The white portal (Y/N) was thrown through appeared above a pile of trash in an alleyway.

The young devil dropped down and landed right on the pile of trash bags in and around the trashcan, knocking everything around from his impact.

The portal shortly closed and (Y/N) simply laid in the pile of garbage.

"What was that?" A familair voice asked from a distance.

"Sounded like something broke in that alleyway." Another familair voice deduced.

"Someone might need some help. Come on!"

The sound of quickly paced footsteps grew closer and closer, suddenly going quiet.

"What the? (Y/N)?!"

The young devil slowly opened his eyes, spotting Siris and Isabela standing in front of him.

"What in the world are you doing in a place like this?" Siris asked.

(Y/N)'s brain slowly processed the current events. "Siris? Isabela? What're you two doin' herr?" He slurred.

"Are you...Are you drunk?" Siris questioned.

(Y/N) simply chuckled. "Maybe~"

Isabela sighed. "Okay. Come on. Let's go home." She said. She approached the intoxicated devil and helped him up, only to have his stumble and fall into her. The former Rook caught him quickly, only to catch the strong scent of hard alcohol on him. "OH DUDE!!! YOU WREAK OF BOOZE!!!" Isabela winced in pain from the smell.

The intoxicated Azure Dragon Emperor laughed. "Dragonslayer...Shome good shit..." He mumbled.

Both Siris and Isabela were shocked to hear his claim.

"Drsgonslayer?! You mean the stuff that rivaled wine from the God Soma?!" Isabela questioned, only to receive no response from the drunken devil. "I thought that was banned and destroyed years ago."

"It was. How in the world did he manage to get a hold of something as devastatingly potent as that?" Sirsis questioned.

(Y/N) hiccuped in Isabela's arms, only to laugh.

Isabela sighed. "We should hurry and grab the next train back home. It might be the last one for tonight."

Siris nodded. "Sounds good. We can use a Cure spell and hopefully get him back to normal." She said as she grabbed the Azure Dragon Emperor's arm and lifted him up, supporting him along with her friend. "Come on, (Y/N). Easy steps. One foot in front of the other." She instructed.

Time Skip

After grabbing the last train of the night that was headed back for the station near (Y/N)'s neighborhood, the trope of devils went to an empty car on the train with (Y/N) still drunk and slumped over their shoulders.

"Here. Let's set him here." Isabela suggested, setting the Dragon Emperor on the seat.

Siris dug through her trench coat's pocket and pulled out a light pink colored bead with a white sigil on it. She tossed it to (Y/N) and a sphere of magic expanded and enveloped him within. "Invigorate!" She chanted.

Slowly but surly, the hammered Azure Dragon Emperor began to recover. His mind and vision returned to normal, his body felt normal once again.

He groaned in agony. "What? The hell happened?" He asked.

"Good question. We found you drunk and laying in garbage in an alleyway. The hell happened?" Isabela asked.

The Azure Dragon Emperor rubbed his hands against his face, rubbing his eyes which grew sore as his head began to ache. "I...Last thing I remember was going to pay my respects to my mother and sister. My heart stopped again on my way back down and found myself in the Familiar Forest somehow. I drank some of the sake I got as compensation for forming a contract. Anything after that is a big ass blur..." Hunched over and held his head in surging agony. "Oh god! My head's killing me. Is this what a hangover feels like?" He asked. "Is this what Pepper used to complain about dealing with Tony? God...I'm never drinking that shit ever again." He declared. "Scratch that. I'm never drinking again. Just to be safe."

The two girls sighed in relief and smiled with contentment, taking seats of their own.

(Y/N) looked to the girl as he rested his head on the seat. "By the way, what've you girls been up to all day?" He asked.

"Oh, we've been looking for work." Siris replied.

(Y/N) simply raised a brow in confusion. "Work? How come?"

"While we appreciate you letting us stay in your home, we felt like we should do something that would help in some way." She explained.

"We thought a bit and we figured we should find work and help with the financials." Isabela added.

(Y/N) sighed, rubbing his neck as he slumped over. "If you really wanna work I won't stop you. Hell, I'd really appreciate it actually. I can check with my school's principle and see if she has any openings for you."

The two former servants' eyes quickly lit up.

"Are you serious?" Isabela questioned loudly.

(Y/N) whimpered from the sudden burst of noise. "Easy!" He groaned. "But yeah, I'll ask Ms. Madison if we have any available spots open." He claimed. "Last I checked we needed a new boxing coach. Kendo instructor too. Should be easy if you wanna job. She doesn't really do background checks so you should be fine." He claimed bluntly. "Our football coach is a prime example, that's for fuckin' sure..." He grumbled.

Both of the former servants smiled to the young suffering devil with gratitude.

"Thank you. Once again you help us in our time of need." Isabela smiled.

(Y/N) waved at the half-masked former Rook. "Don't worry about it. Besides, you two have done way more for me. This should be nothin'." He said as he laid back. "God I can't wait to get home, take a nice long shower and pass out in my bed.

(Y/N)'s House

(Y/N) slowly opened the door to his home and was instantly met with a glomping.

"Welcome back (Y/N)!!" Asia smiled happily.

The sudden ramming nearly made (Y/N) stomach to churn. He immediately felt queasy from the impact and did his best to stomach it. "Asia...Please...Not...So hard..." He begged.

The innocent devil released her guardian from her grasp and quickly took notice of his pained expression. "(Y/N)? What happened?" She asked.

"Master!" Artoria called, quickly approaching her master. "Welcome home, Master!" She smiled.

"Hey Artoria. Thanks for not ramming into me." He thanked.

"There you are!" Rias boomed, causing her servant to whimper. "Do you have any idea what time it is?"

(Y/N) quickly covered his master's mouth with his hands. "Please...Not so loud..." He begged.

Rias sighed and held her Pawn's hands as she removed them from her mouth. "What happened?" She asked.

"No idea. Head's too foggy. Hurts to try and remember." He simply replied.

"Where's that bottle of sake you had earlier?" She asked.

"Drank it..." He replied casually.

"All of it?! Are you insane?!" Rias yelled, quickly catching herself as she saw her servant groan in pain. "...Sorry."

"I usually never get drunk when I drink. Even then, its usually a glass of wine with dinner on a rare occasion. But today..." He paused, only kneel down as he wrapped his arms against his knees and rested his head. "I'm never drinking again." He declared as he groaned into his hands.

Rias sighed and shook her head. "Go upstairs and wait in your room. Lie down for a bit." She ordered. "There's something we need to talk about...It's concerning Kiba."

(Y/N)'s eyes instantly widened by his master's sudden announcement. "...Right." He agreed. "Asia, Artoria, mind helping me up please?" He asked.

"Y-Yeah sure!" Asia replied.

"Of course, Master!" Artoria agreed.

The two blondes assisted the young devil upstairs and to him room.

Rias and the others simply watched before she turned and walked into the kitchen.

"Lady Rias, what are you doing?" Siris questioned.

The redhead simply turned around. "I'm making a hangover remedy tea for my darling. It should help with his recovery." She explained. "Thanks for bringing him home girls. We really appreciate it."

The two simply smile to each other.

"Think nothing of it Lady Rias." Siris replied.

"Yeah. I mean, bottom line, he helped us quite a bit. So it's only natural we help him out, you know?" Isabela claimed as she scratched the back of her head.

Rias smiled happily as she continued to make her beloved's remedy tea. "Believe me, I know all too well."

(Y/N)'s Room

"Are you feeling any better?" Asia asked as she rubbed her guardian's back gently.

"Getting there..." He groaned.

The door to his room opened and Rias entered with a mug with freshly made hot tea. "Here you go." She said, handing her Pawn the cup. "It's hot, so be careful." She advised.

He blew gently into the mug and took a gentle sip. He quickly felt his body return to normal to some degree. His head didn't ache as much as before and his stomach began to settle. "Oh yeah~" He sighed in relief. "That feels nice~"

"Glad to hear it." Rias smiled as she took a seat on the computer desk chair.

"Okay. Now that my head's not feeling like it's being molded like clay, what did you want to talk about?" He questioned. "You said it was about Kiba."

"Kiba?" The Saber servant looked to her master with concern. "Did something happen?"

"You could say that. I guess I should fill you all in." Rias said. "It all started when the Church began the Holy Sword Project."

"Holy Sword Project?" (Y/N) questioned.

"Holy Swords are the worst weapons against devils. Simply touching one burns a devil's body. More importantly, to be cut by a Holy Sword could mean instant death. The truth is a Holy Sword can annihilate a devil." The King explained.

"They're really that powerful?" (Y/N) asked.

"They are. The fact that those who can use one are extraordinarily rares is the sword's biggest weakness. The Church did what they could. They tried to raise people artificially. Perhaps they could wield Excalibur, then, they could annihilate devils everywhere." She exclaimed.

"Ex...Calibur?" Artoria questioned faintly.

"It's known as the Holy Sword Project." Rias galrred.

(Y/N) sat in contemplation, drinking his remedy tea as he thought to himself.

"The Church must've kept that super secret because I never heard anything about it when I was there." Asia claimed.

"I would think not." The master replied. "It's in the past. I heard the project failed completely. Kiba...barely survived the project."

"Oh, poor Kiba." Said Asia.

(Y/N)'s eyes suddenly went wide as a thought had suddenly occurred to him.

"What is it?" Rias asked.

"I think I have an idea on what started all this." He said as he left the room for a moment. He returned quickly and put the photo album Kiba looked at earlier on the desk, turning it to the page which suddenly started the change. "When Kiba saw this, he said it was a Holy Sword."

Rias looked at the photo intensely, analyzing the object in question. "It's not nearly as possible as Excalibur, but there's no mistaking it. Kiba was right. That is a Holy Sword." She deduced.

"I thought so. He started acting like this after he saw this photo." (Y/N) claimed.

"I don't understand why it would've been so close to (Y/N), though." Said Asia.

"Her family used to invite Issei and me to go to church every chance they had. Issei never went but I did. Only a couple times though. Her dad used to train us in swordplay too. He even tried to see if I could use that thing before." He explained.

"Wait are you serious?" Rias asked in suprise. "Were you able to?"

(Y/N) thought for a moment. "Honeslty, can't remember. It was a long time ago. Sorry." He appoligized as he took another drink of his tea.

"So that's how it is then. I understand why the predecessor here is gone, but still. I thought for sure..." Rias mumbled to herself.

(Y/N) looked over to Artoria, who had been rather quiet throughout the whole discussion, only to see her gripping her head. "Artoria? What's wrong?" He asked.

"I-I'm not sure. My head suddenly started hurting." She claimed. "I think I should lie down."

"Sure. Here, let's get you to your room." (Y/N) helped the Heroic Spirit up off his bed and out the room as they proceeded down the hallway.

"I apologize Master."

"Hey, don't sweat it." (Y/N) replied. "We're kinda in the same boat. Both of us aren't exactly feeling all that great tonight. Hopefully this will all go away by tomorrow morning." He reassured.

"Still, I worry for Kiba. If this Holy Sword Project is resurfacing, and this Excalibur, then-"

"Hey, Artoria, take it easy. Freaking out isn't gonna help anyone. Let's get some rest and we'll talk more tomorrow. Okay?"

The Heroic Spirit sighed in defeat, accepting her master's decision. "As you wish, Master."

As the two reached her room's door, she released herself from her master's support and walked to the door. "I can handle myself from here, Master. I suggest you return to your room and rest as well."

"Alright. See you in the morning Artoria. Night!" He bid.

"Have a goodnight." Artoira smiled as she entered her room.

(Y/N) climbed the stairs back up to the second floor and entered his room.

"Everything okay?" Rias asked.

"Yeah. She just said her head was hurting. She should be okay after a goodnight's sleep." (Y/N) assured.

"I see. I suppose we should follow in her footsteps then." Rias smiled. "It is rather late. So let's head to bed." She said cheerfully, rising up out of her Pawn's desk chair and simply began stripping.

Asia gasped in shock and (Y/N) nearly choked on his tea.

"Whoa!! Hold on!! Why are you stripping?!" The flustered Azure Dragon Emperor questioned.

"What? You know I can't sleep unless I'm completely naked." Rias replied as she removed her skirt, revealing her black panties and long supple legs.

"I mean, why are you stripping in here? In my room?!" He questioned again.

"Well obviously because I'm gonna sleep with you, silly." She claimed bluntly, looking at her servant with confusion as she removed her shirt, revealing her breasts covered by a matching black bra.

"You know you're gonna have to start sleeping in your own room! That's why you have one!!"

"Then I'm doing it too!" Asia declared.

"WHAT?!" (Y/N) boomed loudly, hurting his own head in the process.

"Here goes. I'm sleeping with (Y/N)!!" She said as she stripped down to her white and pink panties.

Rias removed her bra, unleashing her marvelous buxom chest and stared at Asia with a determined look on her face. "Fair is fair! I claimed him first; he's mine tonight!"

"No way!" Asia pouted. "It's not fair for you to keep him all to yourself!" She claimed. "I think I should be given the chance to spend the night with (Y/N) as well."

The two girls immediately began to argue.

'What the hell?! Why are they fighting?! Since when have those two had beef with each other?! Damn it!! Now I've got a killer hangover AND two bombs to diffuse!!' (Y/N) cursed to himself. "Girls, come on. This really isn't something worth fighting over, is it?" He asked.

"Fine." Rias smiled, leaning down and looking to her servant with a mischievous smile on her lips.

'I immediately don't like this...' He fretted.

"I suppose the decision will be left to (Y/N)." Rias decided.

'GOD DAMN IT!!!" The Pawn cursed.

"Yes, I agree." Said Asia.

'GOD FUCKING DAMN IT!!!'

"All right, (Y/N). Which will you choose?" The Bishop questioned.

"Please..." (Y/N) fretted, watching the two girls and their chests grow closer to his face. "Don't do this...Don't make me choose..." He begged.

Rias smiled confidently to her Bishop.

Asia pouted defiantly with a puffed cheek to her King.

'...Oh no...' (Y/N) was suddenly grabbed by his arms and was pulled at from both sides, immediately becoming the rope for the bout of tug of war between Rias and Asia.

"I started living with (Y/N) first! I'm getting tired of always waiting my turn!" Asia declared.

"Yes you've been very patient, so what's one more day? Let's go, (Y/N)!" Rias ordered.

"I might lose based on the size of my chest, BUT NOT MY HEART!!!" Yelled Asia. "My feelings for (Y/N) are bigger than anyone's!!"

"Same here!!" Rias agreed.

'Oh God...' (Y/N), amidst all of the shaking, slowly began to feel queasy once again. 'If this keeps up...I'm gonna...' His face quickly turned green.

The desk chair eventually tipped over from all the rocking and everyone came crashing down.

Rias and Asia ended up landing on (Y/N). Rias sat on his chest while Asia sat on his waist.

The young devil groaned as he laid on the ground motionless. His computer monitor suddenly came crashing down onto his head, knocking the unaware, dazed and weaken devil unconscious.

Abandoned Church

Deep within the woods of Kuoh, two cloaked individuals entered the abandoned church. The church in which the fallen angels had taken refuge and used as a place of sacrifice in an attempt to steal the Sacred Gear: Twilight Healing. Upon stepping inside, they were met with devastation and ruins.

"I'd say that "utter ruins" describes it." The cloaked woman, a massive object strapped onto her back, declared.

"Rumor has it there was a disturbance here recently caused by a fallen angel and a devil." The other cloaked girl explained.

"It's getting late." The other said in irritation, removing her hood and revealing her chin-length blue hair, a dyed green fringe on the right side and dark yellow eyes. "And you're certain this is it?" She asked her partner. "We're supposed to be meeting him here, correct?"

"Oh please-" She replied as she pulled off her hood, revealing her twin-tailed chestnut hair and joyful violet eyes and joyful smile. "Like I'd be wrong. On top of that, I lived in this city with my parents as a kid. Gimme a little credit, okay?" She assured. "Besides, I'm using this mission of ours for business and pleasure."

"What're you talking about?" The stern girl asked.

"Oh come on! I told you before! My fiancé lives here! And it's been so long! I wanna see him while I'm back in town. It's been so long! He wouldn't have forgotten our promise." She smiled, pulling out a familiar picture of her as a child hugging a young (H/C) boy from behind. She kissed the photo and held it to her chest as she giggled excitedly.

The blue haired girl sighed in defeat. "Good grief..."

Kuoh City

Alone in silence and solitude, Kiba walked through the heavy downpour of rainfall. What (Y/N) had said to him continued to repeat in his mind. 'I apologize, (Y/N), but it shouldn't be right for me to have friends. I don't deserve that...Not now.'

From around the corner, a man dressed in robes ran towards the blonde. A cross hung around their neck as they approached, indicating to Kiba their identity. However, the most noticeable detail on this man was the patch of blood on his stomach. "Please, help me!" He begged, only to fall face first onto the ground, dead.

Kiba simply stared at the dead priest's body. "A priest?"

Once again, from around the corner appeared a priest. However, the difference between the two was the mentality and the long weapon in his hand. "Neener, neener! Yoo-hoo!" He bellowed, gaining the Knight's attention. "It's been a while, hasn't it? Did you miss me?" The wicked man greeted. "It's nice to see the playboy of the scum underworld has come to pay a visit." He said, a killing gleam in his blood red eyes.

"So, it's Freed Sellzen." Kiba glared. "Have you been hiding in town this whole time?" He asked.

"Such a wonderful reunion! It's bringing a tear to mine eye!" Freed claimed overdramatically, dodging the question as he chuckled madly.

Kiba quickly summoned a sword. "Unfortunately for you, I'm not in the best mood today." He said, grabbing and readying his blade.

Freed only laughed like a madman in response. "That's perfect; I need some fun!" He said as be began waving is sword around. "These purified priests are getting so boring!" He claimed as his sword began to glow a golden holy light.

Kiba's eyes immediately widened to the presence of the blade's magical energy. "No! That Light. That aura. It can't be!"

"Oh, but it can! Nice timing!" The wicked priest cheered. "As penances for your previous actions, let's have a little test to see which is stronger. So tell me what you think. Will your filthy cursed sword be the one? Or do you think it's more likely the Holy Sword known as Excalibur will be the victor?!" He smiled wickedly.

Kiba glared hateful, spiteful, murderous daggers at the blade within Freed Sellszen's hands. The reason he accepted reincarnation, the reason he lived and fought had returned to his very sight. 'I will never forgive Excalibur for what it did to me...'

Abandoned Building

The rain continued to pour down hard all over town. The abandoned hotel building was no exception. From within held a gathering of the underbelly of Kuoh city.  From petty criminals to high ranking gang leaders stood in attendance.

"Anybody know what this whole thing is about?"

"Did everyone here get the same fucking message?"

"Hey, it's about making easy money, I ain't passin' that up, dog!"

"This had better be worth our time..."

Upon the stage before the criminals, a light emerged. And from the darkness behind it, Ryota had stepped into the spotlight.

"If I may have your attention please! I'd like to thank you all for coming here tonight. I am aware that the accommodations are...Less than ideal."

"WHO THE HELL ARE YOU?!" One of the criminals asked.

"My name is not of importance. What is important, however, is what my master wishes to announce today and offer all of you." He announced stepping out of the spotlight and to the side.

From within the darkness, another man had emerged. Upon stepping into the spotlight, his golden hair and armored leggings shined brilliantly along with his many accessories. The red markings across his bare upper body shined prominently. His blood red eyes gazed upon the mass of society's darkness. "Thank you all for coming tonight. I'm sure many of you have questions as to why you're here. Let me assure you, your time will be worth your patience. And, if you choose to accept my proposal to you, you will be handsomely compensated." The blonde man on stage declared. "Your job is but a simple one. Take the life of this!!" He pointed to the wall, which projected an image of (Y/N). "Now don't be fooled, while he may look but a human. Let me assure you all, this thing is nothing more than a monster that is destroying the very world in which you live!"

"So...You're asking us to kill something that's destroying the world?"

"He looks like a kid!!"

"Man this is bull!"

"How're we supposed to do that?!"

The golden armored man raised his hand, immediately silencing everyone. "I'm aware that this may sound difficult. However, you are allowed to use any methods you deem necessary in order to eliminate this being from existence." The golden armored man declared. "And I mean, ANY, methods."

Many of the attendees began to talk among themselves.

"So...Lemme get this straight..." One of the mafia leaders spoke up, gaining everyone's attention as they moved out of the way. "You expect us to do your dirty work? And in exchange, you'll what? Pay us?' He questioned, flicking his cigar ashes to the ground. "Kid, you've got a lot to learn about making deals."

"Oh? Please allow me to assure you, the payment is merely just and addition." The blonde man claimed.

"An addition to what?" The mafia leader asked.

The golden armored man glared his blood red eyes down at the small Italian mafia leader. "...Allowing you to live."

The mafia pulled out their guns and aimed them at the unknown man.

"You've got some balls to threaten the boss like that!"

"So what's ta stop us from riddlin' ya with hole, ah?"

The blonde man smiled. "...Ryota..."

"Yes sir." He replied. reaching into his coat he pulled out a massive tome. He opened it and from within the pages emerged a sliver long sword. It floated by the caster's side as he aimed his hand at the mafia leader and his cronies. With a singer finger extended and a simply wave, a thin shining line was drawn across the mafia.

Only a few moments passed before blood and organs erupted from bodies as they were cut in half, falling with a meaty thud in a pool of guts and blood.

The long sword hovered by Ryota, it's blade stained in the fresh blood of it's victims before it disappeared.

Everyone immediately froze from fear.

"Listen to me. This thing is destroying our world. Ruining our people. With your help, you won't just save this city, but the world. No! This universe, and the many more that exist. Reality itself is at risk if this thing is not slain!! All I ask of you...All of you...is to lend me your aid. And together, we can save this reality. All while making you rich beyond your wildest dreams in the process." The man extended his hand to his audience, a smile slowly growing on his face. "Everything you need to know about this monster is listed here. If you think you can do it, then I wish you the best of luck." He said as he stepped away from the spotlight and left the stage, Ryota following close behind.

"...Holy shit."

"Did that just happen?!"

"I mean, he did take out one of the worst one of us here."

"Maybe they are the good guys."

"If we take out the kid, we'd be good guys too!"

"And we'd get payed to do it!"

"Yo, lemme get a closer look at the lil' shit's face!"

The crowd a thugs and criminals stampeded their way over to (Y/N)'s image, ignoring the dead bodies on the floor.

As the commotion echoed through the halls, Ryota marveled at his master. 'He managed to attain the interest of the greedy and savage by appealing to what they desire most. Humans are greedy and he used that to his advantage. They will kill to attain an advantage for themselves. Master...You truly are incredible.' Ryota awed at the red marked blonde man before him.

The man walked through the hall, basking in the bright moonlight. 'This is just the beginning. (Y/N)...I can't wait to see you suffer!!' He thought to himself, a wicked smile sprouting on his face.
