Having no restraints for physical attribute growth does not mean that they are instantly equivalent to Saitama, or that they have no restraints on their bodies.


It just means that there is no limit to how far their attributes can go.


Understand this now, because that was a point of doubt in my last novel.


They don't become Saitama because they don't have Growth Limiters, Izuku and Naomi simply gain the ability to get there with training.


Their bodies will continue to adapt constantly to increase efficiency at an extreme speed, Izuku and Naomi will literally be able to adapt to everything and constantly improve to survive in any situation.


This adaptation will take place within 1 hour, that is, if you don't kill them within 1 hour, both can evolve and improve to overcome this.
