Chapter 25.

Reaching home i sat on the couch in the living room as i mulled over all that happened in todays match. Every minute passing increased my frustration. Looking over at the whole i didn't even hit him one time i couldn't even graze him.

Thinking of this I started to practice even harder. seemingly forgetting being only 6 years old no matter what i do my body won't be able to handle it.

Next day in the academy i said my goodbye to Gekko as he didn't apply for graduation since his theory and chakra control was not upto par. He will most likely graduate next year with everyone else.

As told by my sensei I entered a room filled with students of 3 years older then me. Seems to be from this years graduation exam. Ignoring there curious gazes i sat alone on a corer seat waiting for sensei to come and announce the teams.

I won't have a privilige of being in a team with Jiraiya alone no matter how much connection i have or genius i am. It's best if my teammates don't drag me down, well whatever i will be able to complete the mission on my own. thinking this i sat there indifferently. While those older guys didn't try to mess with me since there was already a genius who graduated 2 years ago so they not to meddle with them.

Sensei entered with a puff of smoke, standing in the center of the room he started calling out names of those who will be on the same team.

Ignoring other teams while waiting for my name and team no.

"Yun Rei, Hyuga Kyou, Nara Himari. You guys will be team 7. you can wait for your Jonin sensei to show up " after saying this he continued to announce other teams.

' What the fuck why did my team acquire such a cursed team number. Although we might become famous but for this one of us will die. Although tey are deadweight for me but i don't want anyone to die. And i know that Kakashi, Obito and Rin team is also team 7. I think that they should graduate in 2 years by that time we three may have become chunin. Leaving the Team 7 for others to fill. Haha at that time i may become senpai to kakashi now that makes me happy.'

I got happier as i thought about this.

I know my sensei will be Jiraiya so didn't have much interest in the play of finding who our sensei is. At this i heard someone coming over to me.

Turning around I saw a guy much taller then normal kids of his age with a buff body waving at me. He had white eyes which made it clear that him being a Hyuga but without a cloth or any curse mark on his forehead which shows he is of the main family. Looks like some elders son. Hyuga main family is bigger then just leader in them. They should have 14 to 15 adult members among them. Every clan with a brach has such a number of people excluding the leader.

The other one being a girl with a lazy look on her face, as expected of a Nara. She must also be from the main clan. Looks like Shikaku Brother requested the clan to let her join my team otherwise all the main family members and some branch geniuses will always form the Ino-Shika-Cho group. 'Need to take care of her' I noted to myself as i didn't want to disappoint Big brother.

I just indifferently nodded at them while Himari just shrugged while that Kyou looked at me with an annoyed look which i ignored while waiting for Jiraiya.

After the Sensei announced everyones teams he proceeded with saying." Now you are qualified ninjas but i don't want to hear the sad news of some dying so please be cautious this job is one of life and death so take precautions and be prepared for anything. I hope one day you guys can make a name for yourself in this ninja world."

Although this is not the thing which should be said on a happy event like this but I acknowledged this because it is the truth. As everyone else seriously nodded at him while some even shouted.

"You just wait and see how famous i will become."

"Sensei you will see one day i will outshine everyone and become the greatest ninja."

"I will become the Hokage and make you proud sensei."

And one such person was in my team. Well looks like he will be an headache to me. Looking at Himari while she also looked at me and we both shrugged knowing this will be drag. (Caught some habits while spending time with Shikaku brother.)

After that speech the Jonin's continued to enter as they proceeded to take their respective teams. While we waited for our Sensei. Everyone left as we were the only ones left this time i took the initiative to introduce since i knew Jiraiya sensei will maintain their ritual of the bell test. And i liked to prepare ahead of times, need to take advantage of the future knowledge right.

" I am Yun Rei as you heard when Sensei called. I am proefficient in lightning style and Kenjutsu.

Good at frontal assault withsome Strategic knowledge." I said with indifferent face.

They looked at me in surprise as i introduced myself so suddenly while Himari replied first.

"I am Nara Himari. I am proefficient in my clans Jutsu. As all Naras i am very good strategies"

I nodded at her introduction and nonchalantly looked at Kyou for his introduction.

While still annoyed at my gaze he still replied.

"I am Hyuga Kyou proefficient in my clans Taijutsu and good reconnaissance skills ."

After the initial introduction i returned back to indifference while they chatted among themselves as i interjected one or two sentences when asked.

Finally Jiraiya came and introduced.

" I will be your Sensei. Meet me on the roof now." He said without telling us why he was late and left.

We looked at each other shrugging at his behaviour and headed for the roof.

Reaching the roof he followed the rradition by asking us to introduce our likes, dislikes and goals.

They finished their introductions with Hyuga kyou wanting to take over his father's great elder position and Nara Himari wanting to be famous strategist.

I told him my goals being the strongest ninja and protect the village with my likes being mastering powerful jutsu and dislikes being not exceeding my cherished people's expectations.

He nodded and asked us to meet at the third training ground at 5 in the morning and continued on with asking us not to eat if you don't want to vomit. Not waiting for our reply he left. Looks like he is impatient for bot being able to do his research. I noted this as i don't want to be dragged into his mess.

" You better eat your fill before heading to the ground tomorrow." I said this looking at Kyou as i knew Himari would be able come to guess the reason behind this wothout telling her anything. With this i left them and heading back to house.

While Kyou looked at my back in surprise as his suddenly brightened understanding what i said. Well it seems no one in this team is an idiot. Although he might become turn back to being an idiot anytime.
