33. Is this house or a prison

He places her on the bed gently, covers with the bedsheet, and raises AC temperature to maximum. He is staring at her fondly.

She opens her eyes and says, "Khun! Where am I?"

"You are in our house."

"Thank you Mr. Caretaker" and she fell into a deep slumber.

He felt butterflies in his stomach when he heard the endeavor, Mr. Caretaker. He murmured I want to be your Caretaker for life long.

Khun Da enters the room and asks, " what happened?"

"Mae, this girl is exhausted by the weather conditions. If she can't be adjusted here why did she come here? Do you know what work she has to do here?"

"I don't know. Even I'm curious. We will ask her when she wakes. Let her rest. Let's go."

"Ok! Mae"

He leaves the room along with her mother. Before closing the door, he sees her face, and with a sigh, he closes the door.

The clock is showing at 8: 30 p.m. Everyone is waiting for her in the living area to have dinner.

Singto is reading a magazine but his eyes are in the guest room.

Khun Da says, "Alex, go and wake her up."

Singto says, "Mae! I will go."

He goes to the room and calls, " Khun, wake up". When she didn't wake, he lightly tapped her cheek.

If Emma had to waken, she would have seen how fondly he is seeing her.

After a few seconds, she says, "Give me 10 minutes, Jack."

"Emma! I am Singto, not Jack."

She sees Singto by rubbing her eyes and says, "Oh! Mr. Six pack. Good morning."

"It is a night not morning. Wake up. Let's have dinner."

She wakes up and sees her surroundings and says, "Oh! It is night. Give me 5 minutes. I will come after a refresh."

After searching 300 rooms literally, Gammon is in the hotel's lobby feeling depressed. In frustration, he shouts loudly 'Ah! God! Where is my Chingu? Please show her to me once.'

He is feeling helpless and his mind is thinking all the possible ways. But every idea is leading to a dead end. He is thinking am i not going to meet her again.

Why my fate is horrible. First Chingu lost the phone, Second I could not find any clues in xyz mall. Today, I thought I would find her. But here I couldn't find her.

When he turns his face towards a wall, he sees a poster showing that P' Peck concert will be held the day after tomorrow.

He immediately called the event organizers stating that he wants two tickets.

They said all tickets are already sold.

Gammon says, "I am ready to pay 10 times the amount on each ticket."

The organizers say, " Sir! We will try and inform you later."

"Please inform as early as possible. If not I will try by some other source."

"Ok! Sir! We will inform you as early as possible."

He says to himself, "Chingu! Tomorrow I will definitely find you. I remember you singing so many songs of P' Peck's when you are on my bike. I know you will definitely come to the venue. Let's meet at P' Peck's concert."

At the dining table, Singto says, "Mae! Do you know that Sam's wedding didn't happen?"

Khun Da, Emma, and Alex choked their food at the same time.

"Why? What happened?" Singto said.

Khun Da sends a signal to Emma and Alex, "Don't say anything" through her eyes.

They nod their heads as if they understand what Khun Da tries to convey to them.

Khun Da says, "Yeah! I heard that."

"Mae, if that girl doesn't want to marry Sam, she should have informed them. Because of her doing Sam's parents are in a depression now."

"Oh! I don't know about them but the bride may have her reasons."

"What reason does she have? Because of her, they lost their pride in front of everyone. If I catch her, I will teach her a good lesson. She will see how my slap would be?"

Emma coughs continuously. Singto hand-over a glass of water to her.

Khun Da says, "Don't discuss sad things while eating."

"Ok! Mae."

Emma says, "Alex! do you know how to get P' Peck concert tickets?"

Alex looks at Singto seriously and says, "My brother doesn't allow me to go to crowded places. I watch it on TV only."

"What? Is this house a prison?"

Singto says, "How can you say that? The rules are for our wellbeing. What did you experience today in the crowd? Did you enjoy it?"
