Yane POV:
I woke up in my room, on my sheets. I got up and walked out of my room to check on everyone. I walked into the bar and saw Shigaraki making a house of cards, Kurogiri polishing his shot glasses as usual and the other members watching TV.
I walked over to the bar counter and sat down next to Shigaraki. He kept his focus on the house he was building and Kurogiri said, "We told your grandfather about what happened, he said you to come to him when you wake up. You should go now."
I froze. I didn't want to think about what he'd do. I shakily stood up and thanked Kurogiri for telling me. I walked out of the hideout and started walking towards where grandfather was. I walked down the dark alley and knocked on the same door as last time.
The doctor opened the door and lead me to my grandfather. I walked in and saw a big frown on his face. I slowly walked in, in fear.
"I heard what about what happened." He informed when I walked over to him. I stayed silent, afraid of saying something wrong. "I'm disappointed." He added.
I stayed quiet and looked down at my feet. "You'll be going on a solo mission tomorrow." He said. I looked up at him, giving him a questioning look before he continued, "You'll kill Eraser Head." I stared at him in shock. I couldn't believe what I just heard. "You want me to kill Eraser Head?" I questioned him. "Yes. You'll go tomorrow. Go get ready." I shakily nodded, before starting to head out.
When I opened the door I heard grandfather add, "It's his life or your's." I nodded again, in fear, and walked out closing the door behind.
I walked towards the hideout and walked over to the bar counter and sat on one of the stools. Shigaraki was no longer there, but his house of cards was. "Kurogiri?" I started. He looked at me and I continued, "Do you think I could kill Eraser Head, alone? What are the chances?" I asked.
He thought for a while and said, "He does have great combat skills and his quirk is quiet handy, but you have a chance of killing him. You know that he can't fight for too long. It's a matter of time. You could kill him, but the thing that pulls down your chances are..." He paused. I gave him a curious look before he continued, "Are you willing to kill him?"
I thought over his words and said, "I don't know." He took out a shot glass and some liquor and put it on the counter in front of me.
"Do you want some?" He offered, taking off the bottle lid. I let out a sigh before starting to play with the house of cards and said, "Sure."
Kurogiri poured the substance from the bottle into the shot glass and passed it to me. I picked it up and stared at the liquid.
I let out another sigh and drank the substance in one go. I placed the glass down and placed my head on the counter, letting out a loud sigh. I played with the house of cards before thanking Kurogiri and heading to my room.
I sat down on my chair in front of my desk and started thinking about ways to kill Eraser. It's only been a day since the U.S.J. incident. I took out a pen and paper and started writing down ways I could defeat Eraser and all his and my limitations.
I wrote down a plan and how things would go. I thought about bringing someone along, but realized that it was a solo mission. I then thought and wrote about where he'd be and what he'd be doing.
In a few hours I came up with the base of the plan. I figured that he'd be teaching and that there would be the students from before. So, I could take one of the students hostage and use them as bait, but the question was how would I take a student. They would all be in the cafeteria or the with a pro. So, that means I'll have to wait for the perfect time. Then I'd leave a note on where to meet and make a 'trade.'
I'll have my quirk canceled when he arrived so I'll obviously need a weapon. I can't rely on my quirk during the fight. I thought about giving up and talking with him, but then I would disappoint grandfather. After the student leaves he'll probably call some other heroes. So I, too, have a time limitation. If I meet Eraser in a place further away from school then I'll have more time to kill him.
Now the main part, how will I kill Eraser? He knows that I'll be hesitant. I might not even have the courage to kill him. Maybe I'll injure him to the point he'll have to be hospitalized? No.
So, I'll have to reply on my combat skills. He's a great fighter so that means I have to use the student to win.
My head was starting to spin from all these thoughts. I wrote a bit more and finally came up with a somewhat decent plan. I reread the plan a hundred times to make sure it was flawless. I imagined how things would go and eventually I was satisfied.
I jumped into bed and in my tired state I fell asleep.
After a while I heard a knock on my door. I jumped up and for some reason I was startled. The door opened and Shigaraki stood outside. I sat down on my bed and invited him in. He walked in closing the door behind and sat down on my chair.
"I heard about your mission. Master told me to help you plan things out. He doesn't want any failure." I looked down and started fiddling with my fingers.
"Did you at least make the base of your plan?" He asked, frustrated visible in his voice.
I nodded and pointed at the paper on the table. He looked at it and picked it up with 2 fingers. I waited for him to finish and give feedback on it. He looked through the paper and after a while he placed the paper down and said, "There are some students you shouldn't touch. Shouto Todoroki, he is Endeavor's son. Tenya Iida, he is Ingenium's brother. Also Kaminari Denki, his quirk will help him reach out to the other pros. The same goes for Kyoka Jiro. You'll need as little pro heroes as possible to be involved." He firmly said.
I nodded and thought about what he said. "So who do you think I should get?" I asked. He thought for a little bit before saying, "You can get Toru Hagakure. Her quirk makes her invisible. She's the least threatening. You could also get Yuga Aoyama. His quirk is navel laser. He can shoot out lasers from his belly button, but he uses a special belt to help him. If you remove it, he won't be able to use his quirk."
I nodded and laid down. I thought about tomorrow and finally said, "What if I don't kill Eraser? Grandfather will kill me." I let out a sigh.
"Just make sure you kill him. It's not a big deal. It's his life, or your's." He plainly reminded.
"It's easy for you to say. You know-" I was cut off by Shigaraki giving me an idea of his, "Blindfold him."
I looked at him and gave him a questioning look, "What do you mean?" I asked.
"His quirk comes from his eye. If he loses access to that thing, than it's game over." I jumped up and yelped, "That's it! Thanks." He didn't say anything and stayed put.
We planned for a while and finally my 'plan' was now perfect thanks to Shigaraki. He was so helpful and I don't know what I'd do without him.
