This is a story about an open-relationship between an unwilling prostitute and a married man. 


He was in an open marriage, but she's not the wife. To be one of the many partners of a man committed to another woman was her role. 


She wanted to hide her feelings that were starting to grow, her longing to be by his side, and lastly herself, by virtue of an open relationship. 


However, it was all for naught. When everything came to light, she desired to end the relationship they had. Her last words echoed through his mind as she bid him farewell through her mournful eyes. 


"If only I hadn't met you, I wouldn't be hurting this badly."

A Rich Man's Lover

<p>Felix wasn't the talkative type of person. He would usually let others do the talking in order to avoid unnecessary burdens on himself. The young man would only talk as he saw fit. More often than not, it would be during the times when he knew he would benefit from speaking up. Because of that, he refrained from creating connections with people unless they had the capacity to be of help to him whenever he warranted it -- A trait that he shared with his older sister. </p>

<p>Needless to say, he didn't have a single friend. The relationship with a friend -- as the young man viewed it -- was superficial at best. There's no use in having one if the sole thing he could get out of friendship was emotional and social support. If he wanted support from someone, it would be from his mother and siblings. </p>
