This is a story about an open-relationship between an unwilling prostitute and a married man. 


He was in an open marriage, but she's not the wife. To be one of the many partners of a man committed to another woman was her role. 


She wanted to hide her feelings that were starting to grow, her longing to be by his side, and lastly herself, by virtue of an open relationship. 


However, it was all for naught. When everything came to light, she desired to end the relationship they had. Her last words echoed through his mind as she bid him farewell through her mournful eyes. 


"If only I hadn't met you, I wouldn't be hurting this badly."

A Rich Man's Lover

"Class, that's it for today. I have somewhere to be. You're free to spend the thirty minutes left however you like." The professor said as he was arranging his things. He then took his leave shortly. Once he was out of the room, some of the students stood up in a hurry.

As of the moment, Syn was in her last class for the day. It wasn't supposed to be the last, but the professors' schedules were packed in relation to the mid-term examinations. She belonged to the rest of the students who decided to stay in the room for a while. She had nowhere to go after the class aside from her apartment. It was a good time for her to catch up on her lessons.

According to that Konrad and Syn had agreed to, the lady was to focus on getting her degree. It would benefit the both of them if she graduated at the top of the class. Well, that wouldn't prove to be a challenge to her.
