Those small thieves were pointing at Leon and were stating Leon asked them to do it. It was like every little illegal, criminal, offensive activity in that police station area was done by Leon.

By the time Dylan entered inside with a city's top lawyer, Leon had seven dummy cases on him. Dylan looked concerned when he entered the cold interrogation room. The lawyer behind him had no special expression on his face. His gaze on Leon was hard to fathom.
