In The Eyes of the Beholder

After an intense game of Snakes and Ladder, it came down to just two more steps for both sides to reach the finishing line. At this point, it is just Carlotta and Dorran playing the game.

Kaia and Max moved a little bit away to try and keep a safe distance between them, just in case something were to happen. But the two would never fight in real life. Not physically anyway.

Ellie knocked on the door of the room during then and placed their snacks and tea on the table in two trips. She left not long after, saying that she has to prepare dinner though the four offered her a piece of their cake each.

Kaia and Max are checking out the other board games while keeping a cautious eye on the two. Their empty cups and plates on the other side of the table, far away from the game they are playing. This is so they do not get disturbed.

"They are so serious," Max said with a little bit of a chuckle.
