Chapter 4

*Afternoon sets*. That was a good rest, wasn't it? (Sigh and getting ready for the morning).

*Bugle started to ring*. Oh, wait that's the bugle I better get out, or else I could get punished by Captain Starns. "Come on you lazy maggots. Get out of there. We still have the training to do" Captain Starns commanded. Sir yes, sir. Oh, that was a close call. Anyways Captain Starns is the head chief of our platoon which means he is our platoon leader. "This time I'm going to teach you how to be a man, how to be a good soldier" Captain Starns said. Sir yes, sir. "Private Jacob. Come forward" Captain Starns said. Sir, what is your command, sir? " You will be assisting me in training our platoon and that includes yourself. Be a man and ready yourself. All of you" Captain Starns commanded. A soldier must survive through battle. One way to pursue this is to face all the challenges I will encounter as a proud American soldier. (Sigh) Gotta forget all those triumphs I had faced through these past years and challenge myself to be a man.

"Ready yourself because we'll be running a quarter-mile ahead the hills" Captain Starns commanded. Sir yes, sir. "Now tell me are you a cat or are you a TIGER?!" Captain Starns shouted. We are a tiger sir. No matter what we will face or encounter challenges. We will survive and we will fight. "Good then prove to me that all of you are the TIGERS OF THE JUNGLE. Ready... Jog" Captain Starns shouted and the platoon started jogging.

*Jogging on the road*. The sun so hot this afternoon. I could barely die on this hot road. Water... I'm already parched... But still, I have to prove that I am a tiger of my own jungle. I am strong and I can do this. (Breath in and out). I can do this. I know I can do this. With God Almighty, I can do this. For my family, for my country, and for God almighty. I have high hopes and dreams. I can do it. I CAN DO IT.

*4 minutes of jogging on the hot sunny roadside*."As soon as we reached the second military camp, we'll set for a day as a rest then we can proceed on some workouts" Captain Starns commanded. Sir yes, sir. This way I can motivate myself in this army. Never say never. I can do this. Yes, I can do it.

*10 minutes of jogging on the road*. We are nearly there. Yes, we are gentlemen" Captain Starns reported. Sir yes, sir. I can do this captain. Yes, I can do this captain because I'm a tiger of my own jungle. "That's the spirit, everyone looks at Private Jacob. Be like him, understood?" Captain Starns said. "Sir yes sir" the whole platoon said. "Hey Private John, nice motivation captain ha ha ha," Private Tyler said. Thanks, Tyler. We can do this. We can reach the camp. No matter what we can do these soldiers. Who are we? "Tigers" everyone shouted. I said who are we?! "TIGERS!!" everyone yelled. Tigers of what?! "Of our own jungle," everyone answered. I said Tigers of what?! "Tigers of our own jungle" everyone shouted. That's the spirit. We can do this. Tigers. Platoon Tiger!! Hurrah hurrah... "Hurrah, Hurrah" everyone replied. "Good job motivating everyone, Private John" Captain Starns said. Sir yes, sir. I can do this. I can really do this. Hurrah hurrah.
