Karito Kage

Karito Kage. The youngest ever person to become the boss of the entire underworld. Everyone in the illegal business has heard of his name. A cruel and vicious person that could kill without even doing anything.

He had proven himself by murdering the past boss in a one on one battle to the death. It was a one-sided fight, or so the rumors say. He inherited and built up half of the cities firearms company and fashion companies. Karito Kage was the son of the former boss, and was trained to be the best of the best.

Such a person was feared yet respected by all, only few have seen this man's actual face. Those few, are the closest subordinates he has.

And that same man... is looking for a cute child to take as his own. Moving back to a few days ago.

The sound of a pen writing and a computer key tapping was echoing in the quiet office room. Behind those taps and clicks, was a single young man with black hair and red eyes. Karito Kage

Knock- Knock-

"Come in." His voice was cold as ice when answering to the knock on the door, but it somehow sounded a little different after seeing who it was.

Creak~~~

"Hey, Kage! I thought of dropping by while I was here." Another young man with orange ruffled up hair, waved at him.

"Aww~~! Still as cold as ice I see!"

"Hantai Saru... I thought you wouldn't be back until next month."

"Hoho~! It's not just me that's back in this city! Fubuki and Homori are here as well!" Two more people entered through the door and the surprise would be seen on Kage's face. But, it immediately vanished after he recovered from his surprise. (Surname - First Name)

Fubuki was a short girl with long red hair and black eyes, while Homori was a tall guy that had yellow hair and blue eyes. Fubuki looked especially short next to Homori.

"Why are you guys so early?" From what they told him, they were going to be back from a little trip a month later from now.

"Well~! Things ended up going super smooth and we all came back early!" Saru got onto the couch next to Kage's desk, and crossed his arms on top of the back of it. Then, he continued talking, while the others sat on the opposite couch.

"So~ What do you think of getting a successor to inherent everything once you go down? A cute one would be nice~ Maybe, you can make one with, Fu~ Bu~ Ki~?" Everyone knew that he might've been teasing, but Fubuki almost fell off from her seat when she heard him.

"..." Kage stood silent, but Saru glanced at both of them for a second. It was barely noticeable, but Kage had just a tiny bit of blushing, while Fubuki was dieing from embarrassment. Her face even turned as red as her hair!

Homori had gotten some tea from who knows where, while the others were distracted, and started drinking it, while ignoring everything else that was happening.

Later that night, everyone left and Kage was sitting at the desk in the office with a contemplating expression. 'A cute child...? A successor...? Maybe.. I should...' It was a vexing thing for him. To have a successor to all his businesses and the underworld... but also a very cute child..

He took out a phone from his pocket and dialed and number.

Btzzz---- Bttzzzz---- Click-

"Boss? Is there anything you need of me?" The other end of the phone was Kage's personal little army force. The captain was one of his friends, but he also admired him.

"Yes. Inform all the underworld businesses that deal with children, that I'm going over to visit and look for a cute child. Prepare a car and driver as well." The other person definitely gave a suspicious look at the request for a "cute child." But he still did it after hanging up.

And here we are. Kage searched through all the places personally, but none struck his heart as "The cutest," and kept going from one to another. Finally at the last place, a child shot an imaginary arrow of adorableness into his heart!

He couldn't tell whether it was a girl or a boy, but he knew it was cute like a baby rabbit. It was the perfect child! He had also prepared a black mask that covered the top of the face for both him and the child he wanted.

The person unlocked the cell and he took out the small mask as he entered. The little child was even cuter up close! Kage felt like his heart was going to explode! Even just handing the mask in front of the child was hard!

It was even cuter when it stretched out its hand to grab the mask with its tiny arm! It didn't seem to be afraid of him either! That innocence in the little kid's eyes and no fear of him was something else that made Kage love it even more!

"I'll take this child.." He tried holding back his excitement from seeing such a cute thing, and walked out of the cell. And as expected, the child was following him like a baby duck!

It was at that moment, he was almost having a nosebleed as the tiny kid put on the mask! 'I-I'll have him put on a hoodie when I get to the office..~!'

It was just too much for him I guess. The cutest little face and eyes, he would definitely have a major nosebleed after seeing it for too long! But, he had to keep his composure for now.

"Follow me." The people outside had information on the little kid, so he would meet them at the car parked outside. They were guided outside the main entrance, which was a fancy restraunt thing. Many rich people were dining on exquisite foods. Kage picked up the papers then and got in the cars back seats.
