Atop a mighty throne, was a menacing person with black domineering black hair and blood red eyes with pupils like that of a snake's. It was a fair looking young man sitting with his head leaning on his hand with a cold expression.
*Whisper~ Whisper~
The throne room was crowded with rich looking people whispering and gossiping among themselves about the young girl kneeling on the red carpet.
The young man announced in a cold voice, "I, Damien Von Draal, the reigning monarch of the Vampire nation, will hereby send Ketsueki Noroi Vampir, to the human world for a duration of one year. Prepare your belongings by tomorrow midnight. You are dismissed."
"Yes, lord Damien." Ketsueki and all the other people left the throne room.
'Sigh~ It looks like i'll have to gather everything I need, and say goodbye.'

The Vampir Family.
It has been believed that the Vampir was one of the oldest families in the Vampire Nation's history. However, most to all Vampir family members are despised for their past of being labeled as a 'cursed' family.
A curse that has already killed many of the family. Many conspiracies surround the Vampir's curse, but the most recognized one was that the family's ancestors offended the wrong person.
What did the curse do? All descendants of the Vampir Family would have to constantly or at least consume human blood every few hours, or else that vampire would start coughing up blood and slowly dying from both blood loss and suffocation.
Many of the babies, infants, and children of the past had already died during their sleep without anyone knowing. Thankfully, the Vampirs had high adaptability. However, their adaptation to the curse was not quite what they wanted, as Vampirs had become incapable of falling asleep, at least, without Superior vampires using their abilities.
A few other inconvenient adaptations to not being able to fall asleep followed after, which made things sometimes confusing.
Also thanks to that high adaptability, A Vampir had created what they called "Blood Candy" in which the recipe would be passed down to future offspring.
Although Vampirs adapted to continue living, it was still impossible to break away from the curse, so no other vampire would dare to marry into the family in fear of inheriting the curse. Including their powerful auras, it would scare off many other lower and mid ranked vampires most of the time.

Ketsueki had short, dark bluish black hair that ended a few centimeters above the shoulder, and blackish purple eyes. It was around noon the moment according to her watch, so she had about a bit more than twenty four hours to pack her things. Unfortunately she didn't have much to pack, so she was probably going to be leaving around morning tomorrow.

[Vampir's Personal Estate]
The Vampir's estate was a fairly large part of a forest that included a large mansion owned by the Vampir Family.
Ketsueki arrived back at the seemingly run down mansion. Some of the walls had broken holes in them, and a few windows were cracked, but, at least most of the essential functions worked fine.
She opened the creaking door and walked right in.
Squeak-! Squeak-! Squeak-!
Countless small bats were hanging upside down from the broken ceiling and edges in the house. All of which were considered Ketsueki's Familia. Most of the older bats were merged into her Familia after Ketsueki's grandmother , and only family member, had passed away a few years ago at the age of 337.
Five of the younger bats that were originally from her Familia flew down and greeted, "Welcome back, Master Ketsueki~!"
"Indeed~!"
"What happened while you were out?"
"Master looks a little defected.....?"
"Are you okay, Master Ketsueki?"
She smiled slightly at the concern of her Familia, even those that didn't immediately greet her still looked at her with concern, and she replied with what she thought on her situation. "I'm going to be banished to the human world for a year, so I need to pack my things by tomorrow."
"What did you say?!?!"
"When did that happen!"
"Why are you getting banished?!"
"How could this happen to our dear master!?"
All the other bad came down from their resting spots and swarmed and squeaked around her with questions of both surprise, sadness, and anger at whoever would dare to banish their master. It was just how Familia members were.
And then, one of the bats asked a crucial question that made all the others go silent.
.
.
.
"Will we be able to go with you to the human world....?"
The little bat's squeaks echoed in the mansion. Such a question even made Ketsueki speechless. She didn't know the answer to it either!
