What's going on?...

"Just how many boosters have these idiots stacked?" Eden was cursing in his head, before finally calming himself down.

No matter. I will take care of these jack*sses.

Entering the elevator he pushed the ground floor button.

"Now that I think about it, why didn't they fall through the floor instead of only wall?" Eden asked himself, "Could they also control the direction or something?"

Eden had seen this ability before. Phasing Ability, while was an awesome ability, also had one major problem.

One element or alloy at a time.

"Now that I think about it, the wall is probably made up of different stuff then the floor."

This could also be the reason for them not phasing through the floor. Suddenly a question popped up in his head.

"What about this elevator?"

Turning around he stretched out his hand, while yawing, and turned around in circles.

"I have never seen as any complex target as this idiot." One guy mumbled.

"I still am not able to bypass the comm security software." Another guy replied in the earpiece.

"Any other ideas?"

"None."

"Look! He is opening the contacts."

"Let's get closer."

"Huh!"

"D*mn it, we were late."

"Look! He again opened the contracts."

"I will get a bit closer look."

"Shit. He closed again."

"Look! He opened it again."

"I am getting closer."

"Ok. How closer are you to hacking?"

"I don't think I can. Even the language is different."

"He opened the contracts again, I am closing in."

Finally, after waiting for a while, they were forced to start following the target as he stood up and started walking out of the room after opening his closed eyes.

"I think it's a bad idea as well. If other people too got in the elevator in middle, we might get exposed." Another guy spoke.

"Also there will always be a built-in weight measurement module in every elevator."

"Let's try this anyway." The guy leading them replied.

"If anything changes, just take the action. We will ask for half as compensation."

With that said, they finally got inside the elevator. One of them pointed at the display that was showing the current weight inside the elevator, which was currently around three hundred kilograms.

Suddenly, without any forewarning, the target extended his both hands and turned around in circles.

"Phase! Get out of the elevator." The guy leading them ordered.

At once they activated the phase to get off the wall, only to find themselves falling off the floor of the elevator.

"F*CK. WHAT'S GOING ON?"

"Well, that was easy," Eden smirked before clicking a switch in the elevator, before getting out of the elevator in the middle of the building.

The three red dots had already disappeared from the map. Did that mean they were gone?

Nope.

But was Eden scared?

No.

Opening the system interface, he toggled the luck attributes to medium ratio.

[Medium ratio. No cooldown.]

Getting on the other elevator, he clicked on the ground floor.

One he took a step out of the elevator, he was surprised to see a very rowdy surrounding.

There was a disrupter field activated on the entire area, including the ground floor of the building.

Tut... Tut... Tut...

Sounds of assault rifle along with, various colors of beams of lights was illuminating the area.

As for the three red dots, which previously disappeared from the system interface, also showed up in the map.

Booooom...

Suddenly a loud booming sound resonated while giving out a brief bright light. They were forced to use a bomb. Some security personnel was calling for the backup.

To be able to blast a bomb in a second-rate star cluster could only mean one thing.

A group with very powerful backing.

"Definitely not from the Dome Cluster." Eden now was a hundred percent sure, the one who targeted him was from this very start cluster.

But the question was, Who?

As he was trying to come up with a conclusion, the armed police force who were located somewhere near the area had already arrived at the place and now were taking shots at the three persons, who were trying to run away.

The disrupter was interfering with their abilities, which rendered their both phasing and invisibility useless.

They too were calling for a backup, while shooting back at the armed personnel.

"Try to surround them. Don't let them get away." One of the armed personnel ordered the other while activating another disrupter.

BOOM... BOOOOOM...

One vehicle was blasted away, by the shot taken by the police, while another had already gotten few holes through it.

Booooom...

Another car exploded which caused one of the guys, who was firing back at the police to blast a few meters away.

Few armed vehicles were closing in surrounding the entire area from every direction.

One of the guys was firing back at the police while supporting another injured guy, who was previously blasted away.

Finally, more than hundreds of armed personnel surrounded the three people, while warning them to surrender.

Eden who was looking at the entire event from within the building whistled before turning around to leave when suddenly he heard a humming sound getting closer and closer.

All of a sudden a small ship flew down while shooting below at the armed personnel.

Those few armed personnel who were already inside their vehicles too started firing back at the flying ship.

"Unauthorized flying vehicle in sight." One of the police spoke in the comm just when he sighted a group of people, who were probably the backup requested by the people surrounded by the armed force.

"Oh-oh! Requesting backup, I repeat requesting backup." The police continued screaming on his comm.

"D*mn!" Eden exclaimed looking at another round of firing between the two armed forces, "Who are these idiots?"

More than twenty people in combat suits jumped out of the flying ship, while the ship itself flew a little far away as support.

Some of the armed personnel too activated their own combat suits, before turning towards their new targets.

The fight was showing no signs of stopping anytime soon.

If anything, it looked like this was only the beginning. Also, the area was still not entirely cleared out of the civilians.

Some shots were also misfired at random directions. Hence, people who were unable to get away were hiding wherever they could, while also running away as far from the site as possible.

Within another few minutes, a military backup ship too flew down the area and started firing at the unauthorized ship.

Other people, who were far away from the fight only had one question on their mind.

What the hell was going on!?
