Harvest Festival...

The Stunners, one of the few groups of dark mercenaries in the Valc Star Cluster, who were powerful and smart to be considered as one of the dark spots in their image.

Since it's creation, the record of them causing trouble throughout the entire star cluster was enough to cause any government agency a major headache.

Hence, any moment the identity of a person affiliated with them came to be known, the government has given an all-out kill order to be carried out.

But the problem was, the information on them was a total of zero.

The only information on them was a logo.

Many spies had tried to get ahold of information only to return empty-handed.

However, what happened today could only be mentioned as shocking or surprising or strange.

Not only did they see the members of the group, but they also to get them in recording at the same time. Meaning they were able to get new information almost instantly.

Few armed personnel also happened to be passing through the city that very moment. Can there be any more coincidence?

The mercenaries themselves were unable to come up with an answer for such a strange situation.

They were only trying to earn a pretty good sum of credits, by doing little to almost zero hard work.

Who would have thought, they would so suddenly be exposed, also so easily?

All because they didn't know, that the entire elevator was made up of the same element. And they happen to be wearing that very specific suits with the particular logo. Almost like an advertisement.

Isn't that just asking to be killed?

One thing led to another. And before they could even realize, they were in the middle of an all-out war.

Others would have tried to run away from the place and hide as soon as possible.

Not them though. Why?

Because that's what their group leader ordered in their comm. And being the only lower-level grunts, they were forced to follow. No questions were asked.

Ships fell on the ground, one after another.

There were already carrying a huge amount of loss from this mission alone. However, the difference in the beliefs of their higher-ups against the governments was really, very big.

Destroy or be destroyed.

The Vice Leader was a bit different. He hated incurring unnecessary losses. Unfortunately, today he too was suffering. Not just in losses of credits but also in subordinates.

"Boss we're losing energy." The pilot handling the ship spoke agitated looking at other falling ships. Clearly, they didn't think that the situation would escalate this much.

"D*mn it." The vice leader spoke in rage, "We have no choice. Land with caution."

Using the buildings as cover they finally were able to land, before the vice leader ordered them to scatter.

"Get to the shelter. However, don't forget to lose the government dogs." The vice leader ordered his subordinates through the comm.

The moment he finished the order he suddenly stopped. From the corner, a kid suddenly popped in.

If it was any other kids he would not have even batted an eye. However, at this moment a huge rage was building inside himself.

The kid was none other than the target.

Taking the aim, he shot right at on the head of the kid. However, at the same moment, one of his own underlings happened to pass by.

Next, he saw that person, fall down.

"MASON" he cried out seeing his subordinate die because of him.

How did this happen!!!??? How can this happen???

'The kid'

Yes, that kid was the reason for all this mess. That kid was the reason for the death of his subordinates.

Everything happened because of this kid.

Blinded by rage he at once rushed towards the kid. Whatever happens, happens.

But this kid had to die.

In a second, he stood right in front of the kid.

"How can one f*cking kid cause so much damage?"

Of course, he was not here for an answer. Raising a leg he motioned it right at the head of the kid.

However, what happened next was something he just couldn't understand.

Crack...

.....

Eden was standing still surprised at the sudden appearance of a person in mechanical suits.

He was able to hear a question asked at himself before the guy fell down in a very awkward position.

The hell? What kind of low-grade combat suit was this.

Eden was however in no mood to answer. He turned back his gaze back at the still working ship.

Probably because of the order, anyone who was previously on the ship had left.

Meaning. The ship was just waiting for him.

"Just one spot," Eden spoke while pointing the tip of the marker at the ship.

Click...

"Voilà. And it's mine."

Suddenly, every ship belonging to the dark mercenaries turned around and left one by one.

"Wait!!!"

"That's it." Eden was surprised looking at the dark mercenaries running away.

This was totally not the conclusion he was expecting. There was still a lot of spot marker in his inventory.

"Well, whatever," Eden spoke before turning back towards the apartment. "I still got a huge harvest."

....

In a very luxurious room, a kid was looking at the news, that was playing on a massive floating screen.

It was showing the footage regarding the city current situation because of the destruction it had gone through.

"How did this happen?" He spoke while shaking in fear.

He had already lost color from the face. If anyone were to enter the room at the moment, they would think that the body in the center of the room right now was only a corpse.

"How did this happen?" He repeated, "I was only trying to woo a girl."

The destruction caused by the dark mercenaries was massive. The government was surely going to search for an answer.

If it were any ordinary fight, amongst two or three-person a little rain of credit was enough to take care of the situation.

But no-one can take care of this big of a mess. This was an all-out war amongst the military and the dark mercenaries.

"It can't be because of me, right?" He started questioning himself while thinking for a bit.

No, it definitely wasn't him.

Sure, he paid a bit more than normal for the quest. But that was him only trying to show off his riches.

"Yep. It's definitely not me. " He concluded before taking a deep breath.

Still, it was quite a big coincidence. He happened to give out a quest in darknet which was taken by, The Stunners.

The next moment, the same group happen to go out in an all-out war against the military.

Suddenly, the news showed one of the people who were responsible for the destruction. The Vice Leader of the group was being dragged away by the armed personnel.

At once the kid lost balance of his body and limped backward.

To provide a guarantee on the success, the vice leader himself had shown up to accept the quest.

Yes. This was his quest.

He was dead. He was so dead.

Seeing no other way, he turned towards his last hope.

Opening up his comm, he contracted the only person he could think of that may be able to get him out of this mess.
