Resurrection Arc 1
Kaizo stood by the window of his ship. He gazes upon the scattered stars around him. Darkness ushers in little specks of light.
A universe without her is but an empty space....
No light nor stars can fill the void in this hole
She left me... deserted
"If only I were stronger...."
Those words haunt him as he ventures through the stars.
A red light flickers softly as a small beeping sound steps into the silence of solitude. Kaizo slowly walks to his table and presses a button.
"Captain, we've arrived," said Lahap from the other side.
"I'll be there," Kaizo replied.
He walks to a mirror and looks at himself.
After Axion's death, he quit Astraeus station and traveled to space. Regardless of how cold Kaizo becomes, Lahap decided to follow him like a loyal friend. Ramenman however, was mad and threw a fit.

Ramenman holds Kaizo by the collar and lifts him. He pins Kaizo to the wall.
"WHY???!!!" Ramenman yelled.
Kaizo stayed silent. His head hangs low. Seeing Kaizo unable to look at him in the eye, Ramenman becomes more infuriated
Ramenman harshly slams Kaizo harder to the wall. But Kaizo still doesn't say a word.
"Is this how it's gonna be? You're quitting? You're going to leave after her?" said Ramenman. "You're going to give up, IS THAT IT?!!"
Kaizo didn't reply. His eyes stared blankly to the floor.
"If it were her, she wouldn't give up... and you know that." Ramenman slowly shook his head in disbelief. "How could you...."
"I could no longer follow Maskmana's path...." said Kaizo softly.
Ramenman slowly let go of Kaizo.
"I can no longer walk among you," said Kaizo. "I'm going to do things... my way."
Ramenman nodded quickly. "Oh, I see. So you're different now. A tragedy hit you and now, you think you're Sooo much different from us now?! So- what? Y-you're going to... pretend and play hero, wandering around with vengeance," said Ramenman sarcastically.
They both went silent. Ramenman breathed heavily, trying to control his emotions.
"You're a fool, Kaizo," said Ramenman before he walked away, frustrated. Kaizo slowly falls to the floor.

Kaizo takes a last glance at himself in the mirror. He took his jacket and went to the command station.
The first few months were hard. Kaizo wanders the space aimlessly, not knowing what he's looking for. Until he decides to look for sources of power such as the power sphere. Eventually, Kaizo took interest in magic. He looks for information about the magic Axion used with little hope it will make him feel a little closer to Axion.
At the command station, Lahap is waiting in the pilot seat. Lahap takes a glance at Kaizo before he puts his focus back to the landing site.
The ship slowly descends. On the ground, Fang is waiting along with a woman.
-Earth, somewhere along the coast of Ireland-
Fang watched his brother's spaceship slowly land before him.
A few years ago, Fang was sent to earth to investigate a case. He reports to Kaizo regularly. After his first case, Fang grew attached to Earth and decided to stay awhile longer than expected. He settled a lot of cases on earth until a case took Kaizo's interest.
A while ago, Fang sent a report on his ongoing case to Kaizo.

Umbran Society of Black Magic is an organization consisting of mages practicing what is said to be black magic with the purpose related to summoning demons and communicating/raising the dead. The organization is active around Ireland and spreading. The organization is suspected of assault, kidnaps, and murder. It is believed that the victims were used in rituals as sacrifices.
Summary of evidence:
On the premises, cult-related items such as several carved stones, a bowl of blood, animal bone, several carved daggers, and accessories were found.
Recommended actions to take: Further investigation is required.
Attached are pictures of Umbran mages in black robes, circling what seems to be a round stone table.

The ship slowly opens and Kaizo, followed by Lahap walks towards Fang.
Fang gives a salute.
Kaizo looked at the girl beside him.
"Is this her?" he asked.
"Yes, Captain. This is Suhani," said Fang. "We've been doing missions together for a while now."

From the data that Fang sent, Suhani seems to be a capable cadet.
"What about your current mission?" Kaizo asked.
"We're still in the middle of investigating," said Fang.
"Any particular evidence?"
"Nothing besides the ones I sent you in my report. But Suhani said she witnessed a victim being kidnapped by members of the Umbran Society."
Kaizo looked at Fang. "Don't tell me this is just a silly organization doing silly rituals with no particular concern of actual... magic."
"This is real!" said Suhani.
Kaizo glared at Suhani. She was slightly startled.
"They're using magic. I know it sounds silly. But it's true," said Suhani.
"Are you a magician of some sort?" Kaizo asked.
"No. I-i mean, well... not in the way most would think," said Suhani.
"Suhani perceived magic in the most scientific way she could. She may not use magic but she can sense the energy," said Fang.
"You need to believe me. I can sense some sort of energy from the Umbran Society," said Suhani.
Kaizo was silent for a moment.
"Very well. I'm listening," said Kaizo.
"They usually act at night time around 10 PM to 5 AM. Their targets are varied but mostly young women. The person I saw was dragged by a group of men. They drive a black SUV," Suhani explains.
"Have you checked the identity of the victim?"
"No, Captain. We were unable to identify the victim," said Fang. "According to Suhani, the victim has long black hair and was last seen wearing jeans and a red top."
"She was kidnapped 2 days ago. If we go now, we can make it before anything bad happens to her," said Suhani eagerly.
"You know where their base is?" Kaizo asked.
"W-we have several possibilities...." said Fang.
"Several possibilities? Which means you don't know their main base," said Kaizo, slightly angry.
Fang went silent.
"There is more than one place that the organization could be. We don't know how many members the Umbran Society has. By the looks of it, they have quite the number of members." Kaizo turned to Suhani. "Tell me. Where exactly do you want us to go?" he asked menacingly.
"T-there must be a way to narrow it down. We need to find her," said Suhani.
"And how exactly do we narrow it down?" Kaizo asked.
"The ritual!" said Suhani. "Their energy is strong when they're doing their sacrificial ritual. If I can expand my radar, I can sense their energy and pinpoint where they are based on the strongest energy wave."
"But to do that, the ritual needs to commence. And by the time we arrive, the woman might already be gone," said Kaizo.
"What if we use Suhani as bait?" Lahap asked.
Fang startled. Before he says anything, Suhani speaks first.
"Negative. They already have someone as a sacrifice. I don't think they're going to look for a victim until they're done with the one they have now," said Suhani.
"Hmmm... When are they going to do their next ritual?" Kaizo asked.
"If not tonight, maybe tomorrow night," said Fang.
Kaizo sighed. "Let's return to our base first. If we don't figure this out soon, our last resort is to wait for the ritual to commence. That means we're going to lose the kidnapped woman," said Kaizo.
